I experienced Olubukola Diemesor as my new hygienist on the 11th of January 2024. I wanted to say, thank you very much she seems like a lovely person, made me feel comfortable. Service used to be excellent. This has collapsed since moving to new premises. I have had to have teeth descaled over two appointments. Following a check up , the first descaling appointment was converted to another check up, had first descaling session, then two cancellations one for illness (fair) , second for holidays (poor planning). Both appointments cancelled with little or no notice. Months in , job not finished.... (Show more)

Not impressed with communications. I was taken off the nhs list due to my appointment being cancelled by the practice during Covid and myself for not re booking. I called up to see about going privately and was told it was a £70 charge payable in advance, I didn’t have a card on me at the time so was told by the receptionist that if I didn’t make payment soon the appointment wouldn’t be held. A few weeks later I decided I didn’t want to pay and attend so called to cancel. 4 days in advance of the appointment. 2 months later I am receiving text messages asking for a payment for failure to attend. Needless to say I won’t be paying this. Interesting to note that at no stage was I verbally or in writing told their would be any fees. As usual it’s very difficult to get hold of anyone at the reception so let’s see if this prompts a response... (Show more)

I have just completed my Invisalign treatment and I am super happy with the results. Andrew and Katie were brilliant during my treatment, super friendly, welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

The Invisalign treatment I received has been amazing. The transformation of my teeth has been incredible. I finally feel like I can show my teeth when I smile. I can’t thank Andrew and Katie enough. They have been so friendly, honest and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Receptionist very rude would not let me talk to manager so she hung up on me. 15 year plus I have been coming to this company to be treated bad. I have been struck off the books because of how this company worked through out COVID. Canceling my appointment because they were not doing check ups. I have never been informed they are doing checkups again until my mum said yesterday!! but they have now cancelled her check up and my dad's check up for no reason. Just reading all these 1 star reviews and completely agree with every single one. I can not believe this practice is still going and has not been put in special measures. My daughter was told October last year her teeth were fine and she is nearly ready ro have the brace removed, nearly a year later, middle of September she had an appointment, got told her brace is ready to come off, went to reception to make an appointment, and was told tge end of February next year, and that will be her having her brace on for 3 years. Asked for a cancellation, they said they don't do cancellations for brace removals. Got told by the receptionist, that I need to understand that the orthodontist is part time and he also has to have time off for holidays. I am aware, talking to my friends that they are still taking on new patients, even though they struggle to see the ones they've got. Asked the receptionist who do I complain to about this service, got given a card with an email address and the person's name on it, sent a complaint email two weeks ago, and I've still yet to hear back from them. I wish I never sent my daughter here, I personally would stay clear of this practice, until they sort out there long waiting times.... (Show more)

The last three appointments (around 1.5 years) my daughters has been told repeatedly that her teeth are now great and they'll remove her braces on next visit, but then they don't. Next appointment is now mid March '24 (it's 12th Oct '23). SO THAT WILL BE ABOUT 2 YEARS OF WAITING FOR THEM TO BE REMOVED. She'd have had them for around 5 years by then, bless her! reception staff not sympathetic and ignored my request to discuss it with her orthodontist.... (Show more)

A great experience having Invisalign treatment. From consultation to the level of care and attention throughout. A really friendly team who always made me feel at ease and informed. Always very honest about what I needed to do and were always on hand for advice. My teeth look fantastic and I can finally show my teeth when I smile. Thank you Katie and Andrew. My daughter had chronic toothache for nearly 2 weeks and they couldn’t offer her an appointment. Left voicemails, emailed but no one got back to us until my husband called 12 times in a row until they answered. Shocking ‘care’ from reception/booking team. I must add that the dentist Annamelia and dental nurse were bothering super lovely and looked after my very nervous daughter brilliantly though.... (Show more)

Had root canal treatment done by Crystal. She was absolutely brilliant throughout the 3 stages, so gentle, caring and thorough. Probably the best Dentist I have ever had! I would highly recommend her as a Dentist! A fantastic job well done, a real credit to the practice, thank you Crystal!👍🏾😊 …

Borderline terrible. From the grumpy staff to very limited availability to treat customers. We've been three times for the same veneer to be put back unsuccessfully 3 times and within the week it's come off again. And even though this is not your fault, you still need to wait 8 weeks every time. if you want at least three unsuccessful attempts at anything, go on sign up.... (Show more)

Been a patient there all my life, are constantly cancelling appointments last minute. They’re now telling me I’m no longer a patient there and won’t put me back on the books. I called them - no answer so had to email to get it resolved. I just got “sorry for the inconvenience “ and nothing will be done. Strongly recommend going to a different dental practice that won’t let you down... (Show more)

Impossible to get hold of. I rang multiple times throughout the last few days and keep getting through to the answer machine stating "all of our receptionists are busy" - I find this highly unlikely considering whilst waiting in the reception they don't seem busy enough to miss phonecalls. I'be left my name and number on multiple occasions as the answer machine requests, yet never get a call back. Terrible service and I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable dentist as I now will be.... (Show more)

A good NHS dentist and private.

Not really happy byba country mile with the admin and receptionists here, it really is a no frills basic national health dentist surgery..If it was a high street shop it would be a basics pound shop..

I've been going to hathaway for years now. Amelia ferrera is my dentist. I've always had a phobia of dentist but I've been coming here for years no issues. Friendly professional staff and Amelia is top notch. Would highly recommend 👌 if you can get into this practice then don't delay. I won't be moving put it that way.
