Following an unfortunate bicycle accident, I broke my nose. It was in this hospital that I was treated and received perfectly well. The medical teams, housekeeping staff and surgeons are all knowledgeable and very caring. Despite the reasons for my coming, they allowed me to have a pleasant stay in this hospital. Today, I am very well and they know how to take care of me on a physical and human level. I can only recommend a hospital like this. I am very grateful for everything they have done for me! Love the ambiance, so comfortable and all the staffs and medical team are very kind and helpful. Good point is they also accepting the overseas patient. Spending my time in the ER and all of the staffs are very care and gentle. Thank you

I was really disappointed with the service, from the unfriendly nurses to the pharmacy and cashiers who were really rude. The hospital is very quiet, very quiet, but the service is complicated and takes a very long time. Hopefully in the future the medical staff's services and procedures will be improved,... it's a mid experience for me, i am not sure if the doctors here are that professional. the customer service though, obviously wasn't the best. it's kinda looking like a hotel instead of a hospital and honestly i don't know how to feel about that

I was only able to give a review of the case a few days ago because I thought my motorbike tire had burst, but after I pumped it there were no more flats until now. Sometimes motorbike tires get flat in the parking area (don't know why, maybe there's a grudge, but be a bit professional).. Are the parking staff competent or are they just taking a blind salary? that's it. When I first came here, I was happy because from the start until I went home I felt there was a family in the service... so we didn't hesitate with the officers... even though we use BPJS we are still taken care of and I feel that at HK Hospital, humanity and the health of patients are prioritized. ....thank you very much..still the best hospital in NTB....according to nmx.. Very satisfactory

The place is clean but disappointing... several times I've been here but it's still disappointing... even though there is a TPI practice doctor's schedule when the doctor comes in, the staff member says the doctor is on leave, there's already a control schedule but when the doctor comes on leave & it's not clear when the doctor will come in & this has happened several times to me .. The service was very satisfying, from asking security to the doctor's practice, everyone was friendly and the service was fast.

The ladies registering you kept chatting and were in absolutely no hurry even though my face was bleeding and asked to see the emergencies... The doctor and resident that I met afterwards were really kind and helpful on the other hand. They also spoke very good English!

The pharmacy service is crazy, it takes so long. It's been almost 2 hours, the recipe hasn't been processed at all. Is the service for BPJS patients really like that at this hospital? Really disappointing for a hospital this big.
