We listen carefully to any concerns you may have, provide full explanations and where possible offer a choice of treatment options. We are also very understanding if you are nervous about your treatment and will do our utmost to help you feel comfortable and relaxed. In short, we are here to help you - we want you to relax and enjoy your visits to us and be delighted with the first class service you receive. We even offer a full range of complimentary beverages to make you feel that little bit more at home. For our nervous patient we offer conscious sedation and inhalation sedation. We have also recently introduced facial aesthetics to the practice. In return, please could we ask you to do your best to arrive on time for your appointments and to give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel an appointment, so we can give the time to someone else.
