Follow-up 0. Very poorly done job. They left a lot of marks where they removed hair, they didn't cover areas that they had committed to doing so, it was only during the intervention that they said they weren't going to do it. And they refused to repair the poor work done.

Horrible service, they can make mistakes and not admit them! It's a shame they just want money! This clinic is a shame! Shameless people!

Bad experience. Poorly carried out work, causing chronic folliculitis. They refused medical follow-up. I was mistreated by the employee Fátima Perdigão. What a lack of manners! Huge disappointment.

I had a hair transplant 18 months ago with the promise that I would receive a quality service, as stated by the sales representative (Fátima) on the day of the first evaluation consultation and by the doctors who performed the transplant, which did not happen. I have a lot of flaws in the area that was transplanted. After personally going to the clinic in Porto to show the result, today I received a response from the management that they are not assuming anything. I just went to the evaluation consultation, with the trichologist Fátima, in Porto... rude, aggressive, always talking over my words, not being understood... I went and I don't even set foot there anymore! The evaluation consultation was enough for me.

Some real butchers. I was recommended and a real disappointment in everything, I was a patient in 2020, with zero results, after supposedly 4000 follicles implanted. I don't usually do reviews, but it's important to warn the poor dupes like me. If anyone wants photos and invoices, I can send them without problems.... (Show more)

Terrible what they did to me and left in my head. I can demonstrate with photos, and in the unfortunate treatment, without responding and evading responsibilities. Fatima's attention of shame. Some scammers.

After 9 months I didn't notice any difference and I still had the front line further back on the right side, I complained and they asked me to wait a few more months. Bad experience, I don't recommend it!

They escape responsibilities. Terrible results, fictitious guarantees, vain promises. After 18 months, they guaranteed a new surgery, free of charge, in order to compensate for the terrible result. They stopped responding to emails, are evasive on the phone and do not accept responsibilities or commitments. Clinic solely oriented towards easy profit. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I believed the claims they made, as being a clinic of excellence in terms of diagnosis and treatment, but in my case, it only served to leave euros there and there weren't a few. My experience was at the Porto clinic in terms of treatment, I don't recommend it.
