Shauna is an excellent professional. In one session, I saw all my hair fall out within a few days. That's how effective the device is. I'm already on my 3rd session, the hairs are very fine, since the 1st session I haven't done any maintenance because I don't need it. Shauna always takes care to check our resistance to pain throughout the session. All hygiene precautions are taken, it's very clean. She applies very good creams. Shauna is very nice and professional! The laser she uses is also extremely effective. Over the past 2 years, I underwent several “laser” sessions at two other clinics, however was unable to achieve the results I desired. It turns out that those clinics used IPL and not actual laser technology. Shauna explained to me that laser is a much stronger and more effective treatment. Shauna is the only person I could trust with my laser hair removal. She understands my skin and exactly set up the laser to remove the hair, effectively. Since I moved to the US I had to try a few places and non of them did an effective job so hair kept coming back.
