A disappointing clinic that certainly does not keep its promises.. The results are very disappointing and the pain I experienced after the treatment because a nerve behind my ear was punctured was unbearable for 10 days after the transplant. This clinic is worthless, I would look further......

Very disappointing result. I have lost donor hair and everything that has been transplanted is no longer visible.

I had 1250 grafts transplanted in 2016. Still no results after 5 years. I used the lifetime growth guarantee for several years. However, this is a wash. The clinic would not admit anything and could not say anything about the warranty. I was able to get a 10% discount on a follow-up treatment. However, a 10% discount on a treatment that does not work is, in my opinion, a money grab. I am very disappointed and strongly advise against treatment at this clinic.... (Show more)

Terrible. I looked like Frankenstein for weeks and had so much pain. I had the same procedure a year later in South Africa and was a million times better. The surgeon in South Africa could not understand why they used a 2mm instrument for extracting the follicles (explaining the weeks of pain ((she used 1mm)) and why they would use very old fashioned saline to prevent bleeding which made recovery so much longer.... I had my 2nd FTU treatment here last week. The treatment took longer because I had twice as many grafts transferred. Because you are there, there is a TV. But what a missed opportunity that you could only see 4 channels. Super boring. You would expect that if you paid a significant amount for a treatment, they would have Netflix...... (Show more)
