I had a good PRP session with Dr Asma. The overall process was painless. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Totally unprofessional they only give priority to their testimonial clients like Faisal Quershi Nouman Ijaz because they are fully paid. Rest of the people are just atm machines for them. Dr Nasir even recommend FUT which is highly dangerous & obsolete now days. Takin the strip from your head is very dangerous. They only want to save their money & time. Never go with them... I am highly surprised to see the results of Lahore branches,,,,but in Faisalabad hairclub branch ,, here's the Dr Maryam sadiq is non co operated .Her attitude with customers are very painful, I think there is no check and balance in Faisalabad branch ..not recommended Faisalabad branch...

Incredible experience. I had my surgery done on 3 August, 2023. The whole experience was flawless and the Hair Club’s team made it easy for me as I came down from Peshawar to Lahore. The staff was courteous and polite including Dr Nasir, Azhar, Amir, Bilal etc who treated me like a VIP guest and tended to my needs. They would offer me tea and drinks from time to time and made sure I was felt at home which I absolutely did. What stood out for me at this clinic was their sweet behaviour and the genuine interest they took in my health. They prescribed me medications for deficiency in my nutrition and carved out a path for tackling the deficiencies in future. Right from the start till the very end, I felt I was in best hands. They also explained each intricate procedure and answered all of my questions. The clinic itself was neat and clean and every tiny sanitation detail was taken care of by the staff. I was trying to find a place for my dad to get a hair transplant done from, looking at multiple places this one stood out to me. His trip was for a short period of time and the staff and surgeons were very understanding of my tight schedule and adjusted my appointments according to that. The staff all were very pleasant and delightful, the clinic itself was clean and nice. The surgeons were knowledgable and explained the procedure thoroughly and explained the after care steps well.
