The experience to my husband yesterday is very encouraging and helpful to the medical centre in Hahndorf

I was able to get an appointment the day I needed it for my young daughter. The doctor we saw was very thorough too.

We stepped in for an emergency matter with my wife. Got an appointment within 30 minutes. Very friendly and professional staff. Thanks to Dr. Whitehouse for immediate help.

I am immensely impressed with my experience at this clinic, which undoubtedly ranks as the best I have ever attended. The excellence extends from the administrative staff right through to the wonderful Dr. Juliette Roex. It's a rare pleasure to interact with administrative professionals who clearly take joy in their work, enhancing the entire experience. As for Dr. Roex, she is a phenomenal doctor whose kindness, attentiveness and thoroughness make you feel genuinely valued and heard. I specifically sought out Dr. Roex for her knowledge in a whole food plant-based diet and her strong interest and expertise in lifestyle and preventative medicine. A friendly welcome by receptionist. It was my first visit there and Doctor Juliette Roex also experienced in whole plant base diet was exactly what i was seeking. A friendly natured person. Just moved to area & this is a fantastic clinic. Great caring & understanding receptionist -a wonderful caring Dr. who listen & made me feel confident in knowing I was in good medical hands. They certainly get 5 stars from me.

A big thank you to Dr Tracey who took very good care of our 8-month old baby who fell sick when we were travelling out of state. We also appreciated Sharon on reception for making time for our appointment. We felt very well cared for with the Hahndorf Medical Centre.

Saw Dr Justin Choong on recommendation from someone else. So impressed with his thorough consultation and holistic approach.

I’d like to thank the staff for looking after me! We were travelling so very happy to be given an appointment so quickly! The new receptionist was extremely friendly, the nurse was very professional and the doctor thorough and efficient!

My father is a patient at Hahndorf clinic and I live in a regional area. The clinical and administrative staff are consistently helpful, understanding and courteous and I'm sincerely grateful for their efforts.

Excellent customer service staff very helpful and friendly.. Have pathology services on site which is great so you're able to get tests done without driving around the place. A good group of doctors.

Updated review from 5 stars to 4. Was a great clinic. Great doctors, and reception staff friendly. Loss of 1 star due to how things were handled when I left the clinic. Recently left the clinic and that wasn't handled the best but can't fault them for how the company handles things.

Touring in SA and I needed to see doctor at short notice - I was relieved that the practice was able to help me and found staff first rate.

Reception ladies are very helpful and friendly. I returned to this clinic today after many years. Unfortunately I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor and felt a little rushed with my appointment when I was eventually seen. Hopefully, today was an exception due to an emergency and not the rule. The receptionist did apologise twice for the delay, even though it was not her fault, I did appreciate the acknowledgement. On a subsequent visit to get X-ray results I am pleased to say I was seen much quicker and had a good in depth, unrushed appointment with the doctor. Awesome Nurse great with the kids.

Always a good experience from Doctor, desk staff to pathology. Haven’t yet visited the nurse but I’m sure they are good too. Justin allayed our anxiety, explaining everything we needed to know well. Thanks everyone again.
