When I came to take care of my tooth because it hurt, 8 or so 9 more holes and caries were found. Which left me in shock because I really take care of my teeth. After going to another private dental clinic without saying anything, only 3 were found... Which they fixed. There is nothing more to say.
Can't even answer calls several times a day (2 times, I can provide the liner. 9 hours apart). Call back as well (called back after 1.5 hours, 40 minutes from the answer). After the feedback, the person who defends himself gives false information that is not supported by anything and accuses of defamation... Even more unprofessional. The building is beautiful anyway, three people are treated in one room, the prices are not high, the administration is not bad. I came with a non-painful tooth and left with a painful one, I had to come back in the evening. In a hurry, makes mistakes🙂 …
A good 3 or 4 years ago, I had to deal with my first critical condition tooth, it stuck with the help of a seal, I presented the bill in such a way that I almost fell down, and I stated that there would be no guarantee. After a while, it was necessary to fix another tooth on the opposite side, which was in much better condition, but everything deteriorated until there was nothing left, and after many visits, only in the last few days did I find out that they were going to place a pin and put a crown on top... Of course, I paid a lot of money, but it's okay, so be it. .. at my request, the crowns were made of metal, although when I was given a choice, they immediately offered the most expensive porcelain and did not even ask at the beginning what I wanted. We got a little excited about the money. After this second tooth repair, half a year passed and the fillings of the first tooth started to break. The cost of both repairs is almost identical, but the repair of one can be said to be a one-time repair, and the second one had a fairly good tooth, to the point that I would have the opportunity to start making money from implants and other products. I didn't understand then why I didn't do the same with the first tooth, even though it would last for a long time. I had to visit 3 times and you can clearly see that all the doctors are young women from Malacca who have just finished their studies and every time they visit, different girls work, there is no consistency and quality assurance. the conveyor is ready to date and that's it.
