I do not recommend the clinic because of its lack of respect for people! Today I had an appointment with Dr. Czerwińska. After arriving and completing various registration documents, we enter the office where we are greeted by a completely different doctor. We drove an hour away to meet Dr. Czerwińska (first visit), unfortunately no one bothered to inform us that Dr. Czerwińska was not here today and that we would be seen by another doctor about whom we had no information, the lady at the registration desk also did not bother to inform us and when we came I clearly said that we had an appointment with Dr. Czerwińska. The day before, the registration lady also called to confirm our visit. It's crazy, it seems to me that there is quite a mess there, because of such an incident we will definitely not use this clinic and choose another, more professional one that respects people's time and money. The miracle clinic, this is the name I gave to this wonderful clinic with all its super kind and professional staff. After two failed transfers in Greece, I turned to the Gyncentrum in Katowice for my third attempt. I was immediately welcomed by telephone by Alessandra, the lady contact for Italy, with wonderful kindness and helpfulness. A wonderful person who was close to me from the first moment I set foot in the clinic. A woman with a sweetness and great humanity that I will never stop thanking. Special thanks to the wonderful doctor Polaczek who performed the transfer with great professionalism and scrupulousness, to the nurses and all the staff. Nice, clean clinic, nice girls at the reception. Unfortunately, this is only an appearance. Behind this facade lies maximum milking of money from the patient, mess, extreme incompetence, arrogance and playing with people's lives. It all started with preventive tests for 40+ people on the National Health Fund. I wanted to save on lab tests and didn't do them where I normally would. This was my first mistake. In the data from the National Health Fund, someone decided to hide the name of the clinic. As an address I only got "DIAGNOSTY AND TREATMENT OFFICE ul. Żelazna 1” On the ground floor, no one knows where it is. They direct you to the first floor for registration. They say it's not theirs and suggest it's probably one floor higher. I go higher and ask in the next registration. They show me the diagnostic and treatment room. I wait there for almost an hour, I go in and find out it's not here. The lady says I'm not the first one who waited here for no reason. He directs me upstairs to the GYNCENTRUM clinic. There, the blood collection itself goes without a problem. However, apart from the package reimbursed by the National Health Fund, I bought 3 other tests. And that was my second mistake. I waited over a month for the results of simple antibody tests. Out of three tests, they only did one. As far as I know, they didn't even send an order to the laboratory for the rest. When my doctor's appointment was approaching, I called there several times. The girls on the hotline, although nice, are not at all helpful. I only heard "the midwife will call you back" "the midwife will call you back in 5 minutes" "the problem with the laboratory could not be clarified, but the midwife will definitely call you back before 3 p.m." She never called. I had to cancel my doctor's appointment. When I finally managed to talk to the midwife, I heard the text "if you care, we can repeat these tests, and if you don't care, we can give you the money back." Seriously, would I pay two hundred for tests I don't care about??? The tests they did not perform cost PLN 121.77. I did the same tests at a clinic a few streets away for PLN 89 in 3 days. The only thing they can do really well is issue highly inflated bills. I advise you to be careful with this clinic. They deal with in vitro. If they are messy, it may turn out that instead of a white child, a black child will emerge. And the parents will hear from the midwife something like: if you care about white people, you can repeat... I DO NOT RECOMMEND.... (Show more)

The visit started an hour late and lasted maybe 7 minutes. The doctor did a quick ultrasound, didn't comment on anything and quickly referred me for an MRI... so there was a rush, because I was the last patient and she was probably in a hurry. Effect: waste of time - 60 minutes of waiting for a 7-minute visit, and money (PLN 250 for nothing) And the need to continue looking for a competent specialist... also treatment of endometriosis I definitely do not recommend it... We do not recommend the clinic, it is better to find one decent doctor - a gynecologist. A bag of money won't do anyone any good in this clinic! They will perform all tests, inseminations and other unnecessary procedures, but they will skip the most important matters. All bacteria will detect this fact, but some of them are unnecessary for getting pregnant, believe me. Within the scope of the tests, there was no testosterone in the woman, which was the cause. Great clinic. I came to her after previous treatment in another clinic in Krakow. When I was about to lose hope, this clinic worked wonders, or rather its staff - a wonderful team of doctors (we were cared for by Dr. Michal Poláček and Dr. Bartosz Drygała during pregnancy), empathetic and caring midwives headed by Mrs. Kasia, and all other specialists. Thanks to you, our wonderful son was born in January 2022. :) We wholeheartedly thank you and greetings to the entire Gyncentrum team in Krakow. :)... (Show more)

I do not recommend!!! Money making machine. We scheduled our first infertility visit. They told us to prepare all previous tests, fill out a 10-page form and send it at least a day before the visit so that the doctor could prepare for the visit. I thought "wow, finally someone will look at our problem comprehensively and thoroughly." Nothing could be further from the truth. After logging in to the online meeting with Dr. Kiałka, it turned out that the doctor had NOT even LOOKED at any of the tests. She kept asking me about the results I had to look for during the interview. The interview consisted of asking a few questions, after which the doctor said that in our case it was only in vitro or insemination, there was no chance of getting pregnant naturally. I would like to emphasize that it was an online visit, so there was no physical examination involved. After asking if there were less invasive methods, I was told that "if it didn't work for so long, it won't work anymore." The entire consultation lasted 9 minutes, the doctor was clearly nervous that I dared to ask any questions. And I will end now with a big punch line - I am currently in the second month of pregnancy, conceived naturally, thanks to the fact that I did NOT listen to that nasty woman ;) so if you want to throw your money away and feel like a turd throwing money at a visit regarding such a very delicate problem, then go to the Gyncentrum, they will definitely be happy to fuck you ;))) and take advantage of your desperation;))... I recommend Dr. Jabłoński. A very specific doctor, without any frills or beating around the bush. He ordered full diagnostics before the first successful transfer. The clinic has a great laboratory, we obtained a good number of embryos, despite very weak gametes. I recommend
