I had a very good experience at Genos dental clinic. After consulting two dentists I have finally decided to get my braces treatment here because doctor Geno was clearly explained the whole procedure and he was extremely professional and a friendly Doctor. I was really impressed with their service. The duty doctor Ishwarya was so polite and makes me very comfortable. I highly recommend dr.Geno one of the best dentist. The clinic was previously managed by a proficient doctor who excelled in his role. During my recent visit, I discovered that a new doctor was now overseeing the clinic. Upon consulting with this doctor, I learned that the one mentioned on the board was unavailable, and instead, a female doctor was in charge. Suffering from a severe toothache for five days, I sought assistance without realizing it was caused by tooth decay. Unfortunately, the new doctor was unaware of my condition and failed to identify the cause of the pain originating from my wisdom tooth. Instead, she recommended using an interdental brush for cleaning. Dissatisfied with the lack of diagnosis and worsening pain, I sought a second opinion at a different clinic. It was then revealed that my pain was indeed due to wisdom tooth issues, and the tooth was subsequently removed. I strongly believe that the clinic should prioritize having knowledgeable and experienced doctors who can accurately diagnose and address patients' issues rather than providing inadequate solutions and charging consulting fee of 300 rupees for them. There is a need for improvement in the clinic's medical expertise to ensure better patient care.... (Show more)
