My 16yr old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed last month. We were so happy with the care she received. The staff was professional, kind and attentive to her needs. From past experiences with dentists in the states she has severe anxiety when it comes to dental work of any kind. Dr. Oscar and Dr. Jeffrey did an amazing job. The care extended days after her appointment by calling and checking on her. The office is in a beautifully modern building in an upscale part of downtown. I initially had a cleaning done to test the service, since it was very good, I scheduled surgery to remove all 4 wisdom teeth. The procedure was quick and simple. Although many people told me about post-surgery pain, I never felt pain other than the day of surgery and even then it was very mild pain. A few days later I had the threads removed from the stitches again and it was also quick and easy. I was very pleased with the service. You will probably start the process for aligners.... Dra Ana Cecilia Chacón López was amazing. Called in the morning with the tooth problem. Was seen later in day. Ended up having done a root canal that was done on spot painlessly and fast. Way better than in the USA. Thank you.

My boyfriend Ron has been a patient at Guatemala Dental since 2021, he was treated by Dr. Oscar Guerra with whom he felt comfortable from the first moment, he explained the treatment so that he understood the reason for the pain he had in one of his teeth at that moment. He proceeded to give him a dental cleaning which made him feel like new, so it wasn't just any cleaning. Recently, Dr. Jefferson Jiménez treated him excellently in the extraction of a wisdom tooth. My wife recommended the clinic to me, for many years I have been afraid of dentists. I went and from the beginning they made me feel comfortable. I am a patient with Diabetes, and I knew that my cleaning was somewhat complicated, however the dental assistant who treated me was very patient and extremely professional. Worth every penny! My husband had his smile totally reconstructed at Guatemala Dental. He now has a beautiful natural smile and is beaming with confidence. The implants and veneers are of the highest quality and the dentists are expert professionals. Guatemala Dental looked after him so well with their English speaking staff and personalized service with Ubers and organizing appointments. I’ve had a positive experience at Guatemala Dental in every way. I came for an extraction, two ceramic implants, five crowns and a cleaning. The office is clean, the equipment very modern, Dr Guerra and Gabby speak English, and the entire staff is so welcoming and caring. Not only was the dental care excellent, but Gabby facilitated my travel, meeting me at the airport, providing my lodging, and arranging rides to and from the office and sending me off in the right direction for the vacation part of my Guatemala trip. I have been terrified of dentists (with good reason!) ever since horrible experiences after the explosion in lebanon and having fractures all through my teeth and jaw - but Dr Guerra and his team saved my mouth, redoing a botched surgery and rebuilding my teeth while adapting to all of my needs and even doing the follow up in a way that helped me heal from all of my precious dental trauma. Oh and did I mention they did a $20k surgery that I couldn’t possibly afford for only $4k? Highly recommend this amazing team for any dental work, totally worth traveling for as well - great service, best prices, amazing work and thorough follow up. 5 stars!
