No respect for patients' time - GSD used to be a good clinic but the service has deteriorated. Recently more than 1h30 of waiting with an appointment until the appointment had to be rescheduled. On the second attempt again there was another delay in which I was only informed 5 minutes before the appointment. After more than 30 minutes of waiting I gave up. Arrived in Lisbon on the 5th june and had my appointment for scale and polish, friendly professional staff, I would thoroughly reccomend this clinic

My dentist was very kind and reassuring throughout my appointment, giving me breaks during the cleaning process and explaining everything she was doing.

My girlfriend got an emergency appointment two days ago due to very strong periodic tooth pain. The only thing that the dentist decided to do was a filling on the tooth. Today, two days later, we visited another clinic because the pain was not going away if not getting worse. The dentist there told us that the filling is reaching the tooth pulp, which is wrong and she should get a root cannal treatment to stop the pain. The tooth was in early stages of abscess infection already. Also the filling was made bad, leaving a gap between the filing and the next tooth. After the second treatment in the other clinic her pain is gone. I am adding an x-ray after the treatment she got in GSD. Avoid the clinic if you value your health.... (Show more)

Perfect. They really help me with wisdom teeth removal. I had extraordinary pain because my wisdom tooth was damaged, without scheduled appointment I come to the clinic and ask for urgent treatment. All staff was really kind and helpful and in 30 minutes of waiting I was in the doctor’s cabinet. Doctor Eugenic incredible professional, he remove my atypical wisdom tooth in 2 minutes without any pain! Despite that fact that when I come to the clinic the tooth nerve was exposed. I highly recommend this clinic. The dentists are excellent, and the assistants too. The ladies at reception are friendly, attentive and very polite.

A beautiful, pleasant clinic, extremely friendly on the part of the entire team and doctors who care about talking and getting to know the patient. I highlight Dr. Inês Tavares de Almeida with whom I got braces. In addition to the incredible results, each consultation is a pleasure :)
