My experience with the clinic was terrible, I booked an appointment 10 days in advance and when I did not receive any type of message or call from the clinic, on the day of the appointment, I called by phone 1 hour and a half before to confirm again that I They can attend. I had an appointment at 12:00 it was 12:45 and I was still in the chair waiting (there were 2 other ladies, 1 of them had an appointment at 11 in the morning and was still waiting) and when commenting with the girl at the reception He tells me he's sorry he has surgery. Let's see, having a surgery in the clinic is not my problem, because that surgery would have a schedule and in the worst case scenario if it were an emergency, the patients are called and informed that there has been a contract. time and appointments are postponed to another time or another day.
