I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. I came to this clinic with severe toothache. The doctor did the entire procedure in about one hour. The next day, a huge lump appeared just below the “treatment” site, the cheek was painful and very swollen, recommendations for rinsing did not give any effect. Today I went to another dentistry, the doctor took an X-ray of the diseased tooth and said that the canal that was cleaned for me in this clinic was not completely cleaned, inflammation began and now I simply need to re-treat this tooth and again pay money and endure the pain. Today they made an incision and installed a drainage, I felt significantly better. Regarding anesthesia and images in this clinic, I want to say that anesthesia was given in such quantities that it did not go away for 8 hours. They took 3-4 pictures, but in the end they didn’t clean the canal properly. They took the money as if it were good treatment, but in the end this is the situation. You will be greeted with a smile and offered coffee, but do not be charmed by such a sweet attitude, this does not at all guarantee the quality of the work. The photo shows what my face looked like the next day after the procedure in this clinic. The lump was dense and painful, it was impossible to sleep without pills. Let me add that I am not an allergy sufferer, and then decide for yourself whether you need paid services of this quality. P.S. I will add to my review, since there is no opportunity to comment on the answer. Firstly, an appointment was scheduled for Friday to get a permanent filling instead of a temporary one. The doctor said this. What kind of continuation of root canal treatment are you talking about? There was also a comment about the previous doctor’s canal cleaning work. Why did I need to take so many pictures and dig through these channels if you never did it right? Secondly, it was also not said that I would have a painful bump on half of my face that would not be relieved by NSAIDs. Thirdly, the administered amount of anesthesia lasted for a very long time, the orbicularis facial muscle was distorted when I tried to speak. Fourthly, no one warned about this possible situation. The man who helped do the x-ray said he would “be sore for 3 days.” They didn’t open the mouth of the canals, let alone go further and open access so that the pus that had accumulated there would come out. Fifthly, the doctor at the very beginning palpated my lymph nodes on the side of the diseased tooth and they were fine. What does severe, dense swelling of the cheek indicate? About the fact that there is inflammation! And you are still trying to relieve yourself of responsibility for such work. Boorish attitude. If initially it was simply unpleasant that such a situation had developed, then at the moment I feel disgusted. You didn’t bother to call me if you understood who I was from the description, but first wrote this answer, trying to simply absolve yourself of responsibility. In a grocery store, there is more responsiveness to customers for damaged goods, and you TREAT PEOPLE. With such an attitude and arrogance towards people, I am sincerely amazed.
