We received hair transplantation service from the Grand Clinic team. I was very pleased with their services. I recommend it to all my friends and everyone here. It was a high-quality and painless hair transplant.
one star for their complete lack of organization and respect.. We had to go to the hospital to remove the swabs from our nose the day before departure, but because Dr Nour could not be present he brought the day forward without having the slightest consideration to warn and forgetting that the priority is always for the patient...Not to mention the pharmacy, one of their assistants accompanies you to take the medicines etc. but if you ask for the price in euros strangely they don't respond, in fact I had to buy non-adhesive tape packaged among other things (but already used) and a silicone object for the nostrils and I paid €45,00 a real joke because on Amazon the same model and brand costs €5,00.. I'm sorry but if I had to recommend this clinic to an acquaintance, I would say to completely change your mind!... (Show more)

A wonderful clinic, excellent staff, perfect organization. My friend and I are very happy to have chosen you. Special thanks go to KEIVANO, the very nice interpreter who accompanied us throughout the trip without ever making us feel uncomfortable, even though he didn't know the language. For us he had the same importance as the doctor. Thanks also to Oussama, always available, an excellent point of reference and excellent patience, despite the initial doubts he was always able to give us all the explanations we needed. I had ultrasound rhinoplasty done at the Grand Clinic. First, they answered all my questions on WhatsApp and were always in touch. I was met at the airport, taken to the hospital to get tested and then taken to the hotel. The next day a car picked me up and took me to the hospital. Dr. Onur Üstün performed the operation. Everything went perfectly. The recovery was quick. There were practically no bruises. I am very grateful to all the Grand Clinic staff for their attention and support. I usually do not write reviews especially negative ones but this time I could have not kept my mouth shut. I beg everyone who is considering to do any procedures whatsoever in Grand Clinic to read my review first! I wouldn’t trust any of the other ones here except the one star I read, which sounds about right. My first and only advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! IN NO UNIVERSE WHATSOEVER I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO GO AND DO ANY PROCEDURE THERE . I would not recommend the team I was forced to deal with. Unresponsive, unprofessional and untrained. Does not felt welcomed at any point or anyone to strike me with any confidence whatsoever or knowledge about anything. There’s some of my experience so far. And those are on top of my head! 1. First red flag was that I had to be the one to ask about everything and the information wasn’t there for me. I do realize that everyone needs to do research before any procedure but sometimes you don’t know the right questions to ask this is when a good consultant is important. Unfortunately my one was not one of them. Consultant did not informed me in full about the surgery. I think him alone is not aware of the whole procedure to be honest. His exact words were on my question is there anything else I need to know about the procedure were, “Brother if there’s something else worth knowing I’ll let you know. Just stop drinking alcohol and smoke before 3 days nefore tge operation. Fasting before 8 hours of course” And that was it… But he did not told me loads more things 2. Consultant told me to stop alcohol and smoke 3 days before but in hospital documents I read says 3 weeks 3. In docs says 8hrs no food or drinks, never told me about the drinking part. And on the initial day of the surgery I had one big bottle of water in the morning which was unacceptable. 4. Consultant did not even texted me on the agreed hour to see if I’m in the hospital 5. Consultant confirmed me surgeries times and doctors names but when I arrived one of the doctors did not even knew about me and that he had to do lip lift on me. Then it turned out that one the other doctor can’t even take me that day. So from two procedures that day I ended up doing ZERO. 6. The consultant did not told me that the surgeon I have had chosen for the lip lift won’t be available for my dates, so he tried to push me to go to another surgeon. And that was about 10 days before the surgery. And I realized only because I wanted for confirmation letter and noticed different name. 7. Consultations are done the same day as the surgery and no time for nothing. No time to read the documents, probably I was the first one to ask to read them as they did not expected from me to ask that. 8. They asked me to pay before I make a consultation with the doctor and read the documents, they said this is usually the way they do it. I would not recommend to anyone to do that as they might not refund you 9. On the initial day of the surgery they tried to change my surgeon and started convincing me to do my lip lift with dr Onur which I wasn’t happy with as I haven’t seen any of his work. They took me to dr. Onur’s “assistant” to convince me everything is fine and not to worry about anything as everything is ok and not to be feeling anxious about it. At that point this was one of the most worrying moments in my life. Just the whole atmosphere was not welcoming especially when you have to do two interventions at this hospital. Later that day I was finally taken to dr Can for a consultation before the lip lift to be told that some of the information that dr. Onur’s “assistant” told me was untrue which got me worried even more. Emir was there with me in dr. Can’s office and when I asked him what is happening and why I’m given two different information about the same procedure and why dr. Onur’s assistant is giving me false information Emir’s reply was, “Ohhh don’t trust that guy, he is not even a doctor”. I was shocked and couldn’t believe what is happening. And Emir was the one who took me to dr. Onur’s “assistant” to make me feel better.... (Show more)

I went to this clinic to have a rhinoplasty operation and I must say that they are super competent and really professional. They have always followed me in everything and I give great compliments to the staff, but especially to Noah and Dr. Onur.
I am very happy with my results, I had Vaser 360 liposuction (6 areas with abdominoplasty) and breast implants. The doctors are excellent, Dr Can and Prf.Dr Alí Nurhan, I recommend them 💯% the nurses, the hospital is very nice, the hotel is super good. …
