The receptionist had a gentle demeanor and the process to get to the doctor's appointment went smoothly. The doctor was a nonchalant person, but he explained things carefully and talked to me during the procedure, which made me feel at ease. I went there to get a mole removed, and I'm really glad I went because it relieved me of my long-standing worries! There were some bad reviews, but I didn't have any concerns!... (Show more)
I searched online and found this place, and went to have a mole removed. I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but it wasn't particularly unpleasant. I was nervous as it was my first time having a mole removed, but even during the anesthesia, she was considerate of the pain, and the procedure was over quickly. I don't know the final result because I haven't had the treatment yet, but it seems like there are no problems at the moment. She also clearly explained to me what I should be careful about during aftercare, both on paper handed to me while I was waiting and verbally during my consultation. It might not be suitable for people who are looking for friendliness, but I'm the type who values cost performance and technology, so I'm satisfied!... (Show more)
I have nothing but regrets. It's creepy.
I visited for armpit Botox. It didn't work the first time, and it didn't work even if I paid extra and got it at a later date...I consulted another hospital and found out that it wasn't being applied properly.Did you experience fluid leakage during the treatment? That's what he said. there was… My sweating has completely subsided with only 1/4th the amount I had at other hospitals! I can assure you, I was told that the doctor completely hit the wrong dermal layer. I regret paying for it twice. I learned a lot. P.S. I did this because I wanted to help someone by posting a review here, so I wouldn't be wasting my money, which is not cheap for the average person. However, I actually had a small wart on my armpit during the armpit Botox, so I asked him to remove it as well, saying it would be easy. The amount was not mentioned either. Is this method legal? So why do other hospitals sign contracts? I paid for it twice, thinking it was just for studying, but I'm thinking of consulting with the appropriate authorities. The results may not be satisfactory, and I'm sure it will make me feel bad about myself, but I hope that at least one fewer patient will feel the same way. If the clinic sees this post, I hope they will remember me and take action.... (Show more)
I visited him about 3 years ago to have a mole removed. A nurse who is an indifferent, troublesome-looking teacher. At that point, I was a little reluctant, but as long as it came off cleanly, I thought it was enough. I was told that the scar would fade over a period of about a year and become less noticeable. This time, the scar looks like a mole, It still hasn't gotten thinner. (Of course, I made sure to apply medicine to the scar after the surgery.) It didn't matter whether I did it or not. I feel like I just paid the money I used it because it was relatively cheap and didn't have a bad reputation, but it's a bad doctor. I recommend going to another clinic even if you spend a little more money.... (Show more)
He answers questions from a professional perspective, but when it comes to the flow of the clinic and how he responds to opinions that don't suit his wishes, he doesn't say, "Doctors are doing their own thing." It's attitude. I was disappointed in the way they treated patients as if they were making fun of them. I'm disappointed because at first I thought the surgery was going smoothly after receiving clear and easy-to-understand explanations from the director. When it comes to responding when something happens, they tend to be overbearing and dismissive, with no sense of compassion for the patient, so I think the evaluation would be higher if there was nothing to worry about. Before dealing with patients at a clinic, I had a very unique experience dealing with people. I had a question that I was concerned about and was consulting with them, but the employees gathered at the back of the room and looked at me as if they were treating me as a complainer, wondering, ``What kind of person would say something like that?'' It was also very sickening to watch. I hope you will notice that the treatment is unusual, as it would be unthinkable at other clinics. PS: I had a double incision. The scars from the incision lines are not very clean.... (Show more)
More than 10 years ago, I received unlimited mole removal. The mole removed at another clinic recently recurred, but the mole removed here is still in good condition with no recurrence. Honestly, I don't remember the details since it was a long time ago, but I think the technique is reliable, and I have fond memories of having a mole removed from my face at this clinic. As I've gotten older, I've had more problems, so if I have another chance, I'd like to be able to help you in some way.... (Show more)
We always serve our customers very politely! thank you.
Apparently they are turning away foreigners using the excuse that they cannot make reservations without being introduced by someone. When I inquired about mole removal, the receptionist told me that I couldn't make an appointment without a referral, which surprised me, but I had no choice but to give up. After that, my husband called, and unlike in my case, he didn't notice that I was a foreigner, so he asked me questions like how many moles I had, and I thought I could make a reservation, but when I told him that my wife (I) wanted to get them removed, he called. Suddenly, I changed my mind and said that I couldn't make a reservation without a referral. Are you referring to a letter of introduction from a dermatologist? That's impossible! What's the point if it's a referral from another customer? It just sounds like an excuse. It seems that there have been foreigners who have been turned down before, and judging from the fact that there are no introductions mentioned in the reviews from Japanese people, and it is not even listed on the website, it seems that the service is limited to foreigners. do not have. The receptionist was just following instructions. Is it really okay to act arrogant even though you're dealing with customers? It's been 7 years since I came to Japan, and this is the first time something like this has happened to me.It's extremely disappointing!!... (Show more)
It's just uncomfortable. All the young nurses had good attitudes, but the director and one other nurse had such bad attitudes that I almost threw up. The paper I was ordered to read first contained some poor writing. If you can't understand this sentence, you'll be told not to undergo the treatment. There is no written information about the equipment used or the care to be taken after the surgery, and doctors at other hospitals have detailed explanations about stains on YouTube these days. Moreover, it is more expensive than other hospitals. Why should I feel like this after paying such a high treatment fee? Anyway, the explanation was from above and I was confused even though it was a customer business. Unkind and arrogant. You must be eating with the treatment fee! I should have gone to another hospital. I really don't want to go back to the hospital to remove the stain. Well, if the behavior is bad again, I'll bring in a third party to deal with it. Don't be fooled by the lack of updated customer service that makes you wonder what era you're living in. Please do not be fooled by the reviews written on Sakura.... (Show more)
I went for mole removal. I don't understand why the reviews are so low. However, it is cheap because you can take it as much as you like, and the Shin○ Clinic estimated it would cost around 100,000 yen, but here it costs 33,000 yen. What's more, there is no waiting time and the procedure is smooth, taking about 5 minutes. I was impressed with the speed. At major cosmetic surgery clinics, waiting times are long, and there are no reservations, and waiting times of 2 to 3 hours are common. It takes 4 hours including the treatment, but this one is really quick and there is a paper with instructions, so if you read the paper you can understand the care after mole removal. It was very good, cheap, quick and no waste.... (Show more)
Even if I inquire, I don't even get a reply. rubbish.
I visited him for mole removal. I was a little nervous because there were so many bad reviews, but I didn't find any bad attitude from the doctors or employees. Although he was certainly indifferent, he answered my questions properly and I was able to check the precautions on paper in advance, so there was no problem.... (Show more)
Although I was extremely nervous, I was put at ease by the gentle and nice woman at the reception desk. After filling out the medical questionnaire, I was able to begin the treatment right away. Of course, the explanation was thorough and the procedure was over in no time. It took about 15 minutes in total to pay the bill. I was really surprised that there was no pain at all due to the anesthesia. Thank you for freeing me from a long-standing problem. I have nothing but gratitude.... (Show more)
I have been here several times for hair removal and injections. The staff are gorgeous, and I like the characters of the teachers. It's clear, but I never felt bad about it. It is also attractive because there are various treatment menus. There seem to be mixed reviews, but I'm satisfied with how well everything has turned out so far. Thank you for your continued support.... (Show more)
I feel like it gets thinner the more times I go through it. I've finished my 5th visit, but I want to get rid of it all, so I'd like to go back again.
I had a mole on the side of my nose removed. I chose this place because it was cheaper than other places and the reviews were high. As the reviews said, the treatment was quick and the healing was beautiful, so I am very satisfied.
Phone support is the worst. It seemed like there were some good people there, so I wish I had been there, but I didn't feel like going.
I was given a careful explanation and the treatment was held.
I was scared that in this day and age, doctors don't wear masks when examining patients. During the surgery, the doctor kept sighing and clicking his tongue, and he started getting angry at the assistant, and I became very anxious during the surgery, thinking that the surgery was failing. In the end, there was a big difference between the left and right sides of the face, and the result was not very beautiful. The doctor insisted, ``This surgery will definitely make you look better,'' and even though the surgery was much more expensive than originally planned, it was a waste of money. I will never have another surgery here.... (Show more)
