About Gosia Hogan Counselling and Psychotherapy I work from a person centred and humanistic framework. I provide safe and confidential space for my clients who need assistance with difficult issues in their lives. I believe that it is the relationship between a therapist and a client that matters most. As a result, I offer respect, empathy and transparency to those I work with. Personally, I believe in the quiet power of self-compassion, hope and patience to transform lives. I work with adults presenting with various issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, self-esteem issues and existential concerns. I am currently open to see clients face-to-face.
