I booked appointment for 2 people on Saturday, the booking was confirmed and we arrived on time for our appointment however i waited for 1 hour 15 mins for my turn, my aunt went in first for facial and she was done first so i decided not to do my facial as she would have wait another hour for me to be done. The staffs did not even apologise or bother asking anything. Secondly for those who wants to pamper themselves and have a peaceful facial this is definitely not the place to go to. As it is extremely noisy as the staffs are always shouting in the next room and no much privacy. I have been coming here for more than a year and their service keeps getting worse everytime i come. I messaged them to share my feedback on the facial that was done superfast and how the staffs were rushing however they didn’t bother to even reply or acknowledge message i sent. Their facials and products are at reasonable price but service is not good at all.... (Show more)
