I booked a treatment for facial hair removal because I have been battling with PCOS for the longest time, but I did not see any noticeable results after 8 sessions of the treatment which I underwent in 2021. It is reasonable to expect some progress and improvement from a treatment course that is as intensive as a series of 8 sessions, and expensive too, even if the hair is stubborn. I deserve to have a satisfactory experience with any paid service or treatment, and it I feel disappointed with the results. Is there anything in your terms and policies that would grant me a refund, if possible? It is important for service providers to ensure that their clients get the best value and satisfactory results from any treatment, and as a customer, it is my right to voice my disappointment and seek alternate solutions....
