Went to sort a Shoulder problem which hadn't gone in 4 weeks. Sorted it and with advice for the aftercare and exercises 2 weeks later all is fine again. Would definately use again when needed

3 weeks ago I had very big pain from Sciatica that was going to my right leg. Gittins took me next day (were other companies told me to wait a week in pain for appointment). Sam is friendly and expert. He worked powerfully on my neck and shoulders for the full 2 hour session. I've had treatment in those areas for 50 years. Great sports massage, felt battered but best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Already booked again

After weeks of lower back pain, and a chiropractic appointment that didn’t help as much as I’d hoped, I woke up one morning with such limited movement that I knew that it desperately needed seeing to. I was willing to go anywhere to see if someone could sort my back out, and thankfully came across Sam’s site and booked a 1hr session for the very same day. From the moment I walked in, I could tell from his expertise, knowledge and confidence that he was going to be the man for the job! And as expected, through a very strong myofascial release style massage, he was able to ease my pain completely. He also followed up after the appointment with an email showing some exercises I could do at home to keep the pain at bay. I’ve seen been back for an “MOT” of my upper body, and yet again he’s helped ease up a load of tension built up from my active lifestyle.
