Grateful for the treatment and concern shown by Dr. Zurita, professional and attentive. I go to this clinic that is 100 km from my home specifically for her, so it is highly recommended, especially in cases of high-risk pregnancy. They have a very curious and complete pregnancy monitoring app, since they upload ultrasounds and videos of ultrasounds done there. Very happy with the service, facilities and staff.... (Show more)

Disastrous attention. I go with an appointment, he throws me "the data protection sheet", I ask him and he answers me wrong. I wait in the waiting room, half an hour on the clock while the doctors come out and the girl asks if she can come in, they don't even say hello and answer "no, not yet." One more girl comes out and starts whispering with the girl at the counter for a while longer, I get up and say I'm leaving and she tells me "no, if you're already going in" I honestly didn't go in because it made me more embarrassed than her. . I don't know what the doctors are like because the truth is that I left and didn't want to be treated, I got a very bad impression and terrible customer service. I don't recommend it at all.... My personal experience over the years with different professionals is magnificent in all areas, both the treatment of the assistants and that of the different doctors who have treated me for different ailments. I give them a 10 and 100% recommend them. For me, personally, humane and respectful treatment is very important, as well as close, and I have found all of this at Ginefem through the different professionals in nutrition, internal medicine as well as treatments.... CENTER NOT RECOMMENDED! Violence is exercised, from the moment the assistant on the phone answers you, like the gynecologist who judges you by your physical appearance from the first moment. The only thing they care about is money and not your health or emotional state! Horrible experience!
Good professionals in all specialties, direct and daily treatment. Especially Dr. Montes de Oca, who operated on me several years ago. Every time I go for a check-up he shows how great a professional he is, since that moment is a bit uncomfortable for us and the doctor does everything possible to make it as pleasant as possible.
