Doctor Gerard Boutboul is very friendly. He receives you very well and gives you complete confidence in himself because he does not push consumption like some cosmetic surgeons and wants to be reassuring. However, the technique used for the hair transplant is more than obsolete, I went there wanting to listen to the advice given by the doctor, I explain my case and my expectations clearly and Doctor Boutboul then makes his diagnosis for my operation . The doctor directed me towards a number of grafts and his FUE technique. I felt confident, because he told me that I could take all my time to think about it and that it was And that it was an operation easy. I paid €3000 for 700 grafts. Operated in 2017, by the doctor / and his wife who precedes me, taking turns. The doctor comes back to see me and makes incisions on the area to be implanted. The implantation operation is entirely carried out by her assistant who arrives like a flower from who knows where in civilian clothes, she changes and proceeds to the second part of the operation by inserting the follicles. The doctor goes 3 times in 3 to see if it suits him, According to them everything is OK, and not having any experience in the subject, I necessarily trust what I am told that I will be very happy that the result will be great etc. I was given the post-operative instructions which I letter for months, and I am still waiting today six years after a result which never arrived. I of course lost €3000 I wanted to have additional information in 2020. I left a message describing my identity and saying that I had questions to ask about my operation, I am still waiting for a call back! The result is non-existent like the post-operative follow-up. I had to return to Turkey in January this year to make up for this lousy procedure. To all people who would like to have a hair transplant, because I cannot talk about the other disciplines, practiced by the doctor (because he is multidisciplinary) I strongly encourage you to go your way. It hurts my heart to write a comment like this, but it reflects my experience. I would like to point out that I had a really minimal correction at the temple level, an easy operation. For any self-respecting surgeon. This comment is intended to avoid people who may be fragile or despair of being even more so later. I am attaching post-operative photos of this shameful procedure, as well as those of the second one recently undergone in Turkey. I gave 1 star but if possible 0 because the establishment demonstrated more than laborious expertise. They took just a small part from me then grafted it to me for a mediocre result. I had to go to Turkey to make up for it. this catastrophic result on the sides besides I still have voids to escape!

4 months to have an appointment in Nice On D-Day I show up at the office and NOBODY, empty premises. To my great surprise the operation was cancelled. No call or email specifying this. Traveling by AL/RT taxi, the dissatisfaction is total with the cancellation of this appointment and the “for nothing” travel costs. Email sent to request explanations which remains unanswered to date. Previous exchanges by email were very difficult with the secretariat to obtain information on the operation. I don't know if it's the secretariat that lacks seriousness or DT Boutboul. In short, a disappointment and I will turn to other doctors at the hair clinic who may be able to meet my expectations.... First transplant carried out successfully but an average result (few hair) and 2nd transplant disastrous since the doctor superimposed the 2 scars on me.
