Dr Adam Tan
Dr. Adam Tan DMD FAGD obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree with Honors from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario. He went on to attain his degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine at the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Tans credentials include: Past President of the Muskoka-Simcoe Dental Society (MSDS), Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and Academy of Osseointegration, member of the Ontario Dental Association, International Association of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Academy of Cranial Facial Pain (Canadian Chapter), American Academy of Facial Esthetics and the International Association of Orthodontics. Dr. Tan actively promotes giving back to the community through bi-annual Dentistry from The Heart events, providing free dentistry for all underserved members of the community. He participates annually as a major sponsor, fundraising for The Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital and the Ontario Provincial Police bike giveaways for their D.A.R.E programs in Barrie that promotes drug awareness for High School students and Children’s Safety Village in Orillia which teaches public school children about traffic safety. His certifications include: Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Therapeutic [Treatment name removed], surgical and prosthetic implant procedures, conscious sedation (oral, nitrous, and intravenous), orthodontics, Invisalign (he is an Invisalign Teen provider and recognized as a Preferred Invisalign Provider), and all wavelengths of dental lasers.
Dr Stephen Crosby
Dr. Crosby attended McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario, and was enrolled in the Honors Biology Program. After completing the second year at McMaster University, he was accepted by the University of Toronto School of Dentistry. He graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1983. Dr. Crosby is a member of the Ontario Dental Association and regularly attends Continuing Education Courses.

The best Dental care I’ve ever received. There is really nothing else to say. The Hygienists, Receptionists, and Dentists are the friendliest and most professional group of people you could ask for. Very up to date, clean location. Skilled and knowledgeable staff, who seem to love what they do and are more than happy to help you out in any way they can. This establishment is fine for regular cleaning. Beyond that, go elsewhere! I am currently looking for another dental office to take over our family dental care. My teenager requires braces. During the consult (to review plan and fees), it was explained that "Dr. Megan" is not an orthodontist but has extensive training. Therefore, costs will be lower. I asked about my kids' wisdom teeth, and they had to get back to me as it wasn't noted on file. A couple of days later, I was phoned and told the wisdom teeth needed to come out asap before braces. I chose to get a second opinion from an actual orthodontist who said my kids' case is "complex" and referred us to an oral surgeon to have wisdom teeth removed. The orthodontist fees for braces is the same amount as "Dr. Megan", only better trained and won't be "filing teeth" and using "spacers" to correct bite and crooked teeth. I'm so glad I got a second opinion before potentially putting my child through hell at this place. SHAME ON YOU FOR TRYING TO SELL YOUR UNDER EDUCATED SERVICES AND CLAIMING YOU ARE THE CHEAPER OPTION!... (Show more)

Relaxing and enjoyable experience. I am a new patient and the transition to establishing a family profile was seamless. I’ve experienced a high end professional customer service approach with all staff. The technology is high end and progressive. It feels like you go in to catch up with a friend during your visit. My first appointment went very well. Fabiana gave me an excellent and very thorough cleaning. She got rid of all my tea stains! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and personable and put me at ease. Dr.Meghan was also very nice and knowledgeable. My anxiety towards dental visits was addressed and Dr.Meghan listened and assured me that I would be well cared for during my visits. I’ve been a customer here for years now, have always had great teeth just used this place for cleanings and checkups. Finally had an issue with sensitivity on my back tooth and came in to get it checked out. They said they knew what was wrong, drilled out my old filling and put in an “upgraded filling”. 1 month later it was worse then it was when I went in. The dentist put some spray on and and said that the pain should go away. Now months later my tooth is so sensitive I can’t even drink room temperature water without pain shooting from my teeth into my jaw. I called them just now and they said we can have a look at it again but it will be $175 just to sit in the chair. The original cost of the fix was over $800. This place only cares about getting your money and once they do, you’re useless to them. STAY AWAY! Don’t worry about commenting on this post with your “Oh thank you, we will look into this” You don’t care about the patient because if you did you would fix it without charging me another $800.... Stay away from this Dental clinic, they are bad for billing you, ALL FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES ARE WELL TRAINED FOR EXPLANATIONS AND ARGUMENTS. THEY ARE LIARS GUYS.
My dental situation was initially assessed by Dr. Adam Tan. I agreed to the removal of all my teeth . I was introduced to the two denturists, Vlad and Nada who arranged for initial dentures and then semi-permanent appliances. We were assisted to make Appropriate Financial arrangements. Visiting the dentist is not my favourite thing, but Teegan and Dr Tehrani and all other staff made it painless and actually enjoyable.
