Dr Christos Kopatsaris
• The Hospital Director
In October 2023, I underwent surgery at the hospital (fracture of the upper end of the tibia) and was operated on by Dr. Tsaridis Efstathios. I thank him very much for the successful operation he performed on my leg. In addition to being an excellent doctor, he is above all a HUMAN BEING.
No service. Hours of waiting. Unacceptable. (urgent).
In Eastern Macedonia and Thrace it is the best there is
Debauchery at its best Debauchery and corruption
Rude on the phones
For the umpteenth time, a nephrologist does not prescribe drugs having an appointment at the outpatient clinic, saying that it is not his job .. drugs which they themselves gave me for treatment, of course I have filed a complaint, they are incompetent
Warm thanks to the nursing staff and doctors of the B Surgical Clinic for the care they provided to my wife Magdaleni Maroula.
It's not good at the hospital... and of course there is a lack of staff..
After years I saw perfect behavior especially in the neurological and emergency departments
The absolute shame of medicine one who thinks he is a surgeon you are paid by the state to make people well talking to patients in the most horrible way Mr. Savva the shame of Greek medicine look first to learn what respect means and then after you stop and the sachets you take to get the patient into surgery as quickly as possible then look the patients in the eye and say you are a doctor until then but you better go read the rules of medicine.... They have nice orthopedists. To get a job you put unrelated people in various specialties who may not have studied what they have been called to perform
Very good organization and operation, very kind, patient and happy staff. Congratulations to everybody.
My mother went to the emergency room with pain in her leg, she came out with back pain... 4 weeks later we went to an external doctor, he says she has two herniated discs and should have been operated on in the first 10 days. And all this because they were bored doing an MRI and finding out exactly what my mother had. You can't even walk outside, this is not a hospital.
I visited the General Hospital of Kavala after being prompted by a third person for its good operation. Walking in to check in, the gentleman at the front desk was on the phone for a full ten minutes and didn't pay us the slightest attention. When he closed it and served us, we paid and waited until it was our turn for our appointment at 16:20. There were already 2 people waiting, who didn't have an appointment so they would wait to get in at the end. The nurse came out of the doctor's office, she asked my last name, she said I don't have an appointment, I corrected her, she confirmed it but still put another woman who did NOT have an appointment BUT she worked as a nurse there at the hospital. You see, systems, the medium, are everywhere. We entered after her at the end at 16:43. 16:55 I had already left the doctor's office.. It was the fastest and most meaningless "examination" of my life. I just spent 32€ and got no significant answer to my problem.... (Show more)
I was treated at the orthopedic clinic of the hospital, the experience was good and in terms of behavior the people are worthy despite the workload they had. I wanted to thank the orthopedist Mr. Chita, he is a worthy doctor and person, he did a good job for me and I thank him very much!! I hope you continue like this!!!
Better not go at all!! Misdiagnosis. Service 0. I went in for stitches twice and they both did them wrong! And if you try to make an appointment online, be aware that appointments are only open for one day of the month and for a specific time. WHAT NANEEEEE YOU WAIT 4:30-5:00 HOURS TO BE GIVEN THE EXAMS... USELESS
Fast service
Worst hospital in Greece. Came 10 in the morning, it's 17:15 in the evening and still waiting. The patient is sick with cancer and nobody do nothing.
I believe we are lucky to have such a hospital in our city. I have nothing negative to say about the doctors and nursing staff, most of them practice their profession seriously and responsibly doing the best they can within the conditions of the NHS. There used to be a problem with making appointments through the secretariat, but since <$_2> have been introduced the situation has improved a lot. In some clinics, however, you have to make an appointment as soon as the system opens (fortunately, the time and date are announced several days in advance) because the available dates are few and the morning appointments run out very quickly. I have never booked an afternoon appointment because the price (40 euros) is almost the same as what you would pay in person.... (Show more)
I've been trying in vain for five months to make an appointment at the ophthalmologist because she has a mature cataract, online for my mother and oh the miracle all the appointments are always booked before they even open. Just the decline of the public health system.
