This is my third time here and I am so impressed by the friendliness, the professionalism and the result. What the dentists here do in four days, I had to plan for six months in Germany. The price is also much cheaper and the health insurance company covers the fixed subsidy at the same level as ours. A parking lot with a large capacity is available for those arriving by car at each clinic. Their website is very good - because it provides all-encompassing, perfect information, I even get answers to things I wouldn't have thought of. Super staff work at all clinics, starting with the receptionists, who cannot be outdone in greeting. The dental and oral surgery staff are great, not to mention the assistants, who understand almost half of the doctors' words. - They do top quality work here at affordable prices. It is great that there is no cat in a bag here, calculations are made before the interventions, this amount does not increase with "unforeseen things" on the way. Was there in 2014. World class treatment. Almost painless. Professional in all respects. I can only recommend this dentist to everyone!!!

I am very satisfied with my dental care at the Gelencs Dental Clinic. From the consultation to the jaw surgery procedure in which all the teeth in the upper jaw had to be removed and 4 implants were placed where, after a healing period of four months, I was treated by Dr. Gelencser recommended bar prosthetics. There were no problems. No major pain, no inflammation afterwards or infection. Even when I asked for a long time to change the appearance of the teeth at my request, Mr. Dr. Gelencser personally carried out this immediately and free of charge. I left the clinic happy and satisfied at every visit. I also received a good telescopic bridge in my lower jaw. All doctors, assistants and technicians did a great job and were extremely friendly and accommodating. My big thanks go to all of them and especially! to the lovely receptionists at the counter who were so kind and helpful in making all my appointments over the phone. The extremely nice and friendly treatment in this clinic is so commendable and helps significantly in gaining trust and reducing fears. I can highly recommend the Gelencser Dental Clinic. I am a patient with anxiety and had bone augmentation plus implants and crowns done at Gelencser Dental. While many other doctors and clinics told me that it was not possible due to poor conditions (hardly any bones, crossbite), I was helped at Gelencser Dental and made my teeth really beautiful. This is the best dental place I have ever been in my life, and I lived in several places around the world, this is the best so far. What makes it the best? the people, they do it from the heart, my doctor was Peter Balint, his assistant was Vizvari Csabane, and also other doctors did work on my teeth here, whos names I forgot, sorry about that, but I congratulate all of them for their dedicated work, also the receptionists helped me with all my questions, now be ready, this is a high quality place, with high tech sophisticated equipment, so they are not cheep, but for the quality work they do , this is real value for the money, and I can not emphasize it enough, they are not like the greedy western style upselling type of place that you can find in Berlin or New York or Paris, or what not, in this Gelencser dental office they look out for the clients best interest, and still they do the best quality, I mean it was amazing experience, I can not wait to go again,( no I am not kidding, I hated to go the dentist in the past) because I see how they make things better for me each time I go there, thanks for all, GF , ps : I wish I would have photos for before and after, so you all can see what I am talking about. Based on a preliminary assessment, I went for tartar removal today. I haven't dared to go to the dentist for 20 years. What I experienced here is a miracle. Maximum attention and kindness. I decided to have dental treatment abroad because in my case it would be unaffordable in Germany. Thanks to the employees of my health insurance company, I received a list of dental clinics abroad that have a contract with my health insurance company and receive the fixed subsidy directly. First I chose the Kreativ Dental Clinic in Budapest and flew there for the initial examination. Everything was okay except for the price. This was simply too expensive for me. So I sent the Budapest clinic's treatment plan by email to the Gelencser Dental Clinic in Héviz and received a reply with a fully detailed cost estimate after just one day. The prices were significantly cheaper, so there was no question about where I could get my teeth done. After my decision, the clinic in Héviz sent an application for the fixed subsidy directly to the health insurance company. The appointment took place in October 2023. I then met my doctor on site, Dr. Nándor Nagy and his doctor's assistant met. During the two-week treatment I felt like a private patient probably feels; I was treated very politely and courteously. The receptionist was very helpful and took care of all the necessary formalities straight away. During the course of the treatment, all of my wishes and comments were immediately fulfilled, but above all, what is important, everything was very precise and careful. I was positively surprised by the modernity of the equipment. Overall, I was and am very satisfied with everything, as was my wife. She came with me to Héviz and improved her health with a 10-hour subscription in the famous thermal lake during my dental treatment. Compared to Germany, I saved over 70% for my new “teeth”. Now I have a full mouth with Zirkon Prettau crowns, which look no different than natural teeth, and I am now the proud owner of a Hollywood smile. On August 8th I had my first treatment appointment with Dr Szalontai (after two preliminary appointments with Dr Kalmann Gelencsér). I would have liked to have him carry out my dental restoration because he seemed interested, competent and reliable with regard to my material needs. On that day I had to cancel the treatment planned for August because the room I had reserved through Gelencser Dental absolutely did not meet the clinic's standards and did not meet the requirements for a medical stay. I was shocked and now I'm still wondering how an older pensioner can be accommodated like that. The treatment agreed upon by Dr Szalontai and me for November has now been destroyed by top dog claims by one of the doctors. It suddenly said that since I was with the other doctor at the time, I couldn't change within the clinic. Even as a private patient, I don't have a choice of doctor at Gelencsér Dental. I had already been to the clinic once in 2006, but I thought that out of 17 doctors I could find another one. Not even close! Why should we also respond to patient wishes? I was presented with a fait accompli at short notice. Patient: eat or die. At the end of the story there is my rejection of Hungary's best dental clinic. A waste of 300 euros costs for preliminary appointments, hotel rooms, travel, a lot of wasted time, disappointment and the health risk of a delayed dental renovation because a tooth is exposed because the crown broke. Then they still have the chutzbe to wish me a successful dental treatment and that I can find another dental clinic soon. I felt 100% in good hands and am very satisfied. TOP organized with the latest technology. Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent knowledge of German
