The service is terrible, at the beginning they say a price and at the time of paying they charge you much more than the initial price, the work done is of poor quality.
The truth is, terrible customer service made me cancel jobs, lose my entire day, they made me move and when I arrived they did not solve anything, they only cut a wire and did NOT put the bracket on me, which came off in less than 24 hours. I asked them that they would call me if they were not going to solve the complete problem and they told me that the person who answered the call was new staff and that no one would be able to tell me why they called me. so I don't know if those new staff will be supervised And to close, they did not schedule an appointment for me for the solution, so this month I will have to go without attention. If so, I will go to the Consumer Ombudsman to see if the procedure they performed on me is correct. As the owner of my company, I seek to provide the best customer service but unfortunately I did not find a solution to my problem.... (Show more)
