STAY AWAY. (The place is only called MASSAGE right now) Almost all of the bad stuff, thats written in all the other 1-star reviews happened to me and my girlfriend. We accidentally just stopped by and agreed on a manicure for my gf and a thai massage for me. Her nails got cut poorly but the worst part were the flees everywhere. For me, I got offered a „special“ treatment halfway through while getting touched in inappropriate places. Five minutes later I got asked for a tip. Luckily I had no cash on me. The 60 min were more like 40. And I‘m not sure if the women was somewhat well trained in what they call a massage. Overall by far the worst experience we had in our 3,5 week trip in Vietnam. Tip based workers are super annoying. You can detect them when there is a message at the front desk "No tips included". Keep away from it.

This spa is a real scam. I was advised by a consultant to buy a service card of 1 million, and received a 50% discount of 1.5 million. However, I only used 1 service package of 500k, the next time I came the staff said the card had already spent the remaining 1 million, while I hadn't used it yet and the card was always in my wallet. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX The worst shop. Don't go there naver ever!!!!!! Giving a star in itself is a waste. I am writing this review in hopes that others will not be offended. It was late at night and there was a 20% discount, so I decided on an hour foot massage for 200,000 dong. As soon as I walked in, a man with an unpleasant face came in. I soaked and wiped my feet in cold water. I was busy using my cell phone in between. There was a warehouse room next to Busyum. Someone came in and took a bunch of luggage out of the warehouse. We were laughing and talking. We talked about Korean dramas and took a break. After finishing earlier than my sister, I got a massage of 200,000 dong and asked for a tip of 200,000 dong. It was ridiculous so I took out 20,000 dong and raised it again. It's getting rough. I don't think they'll let me out if things continue like this (they block the door and keep standing). They give me 10,000 more dong and I push them out, but they tell me to walk down instead of taking the elevator. It's really bad. Long story short. The way they asked for tip was irritating. 1.5hr of massage cost around 350,000 dong, extend another 0.5 hr asked for 150,000 dong. (Math?) Totally unreasonable I was trying to go to the store next door, but there were a lot of people, so I rushed in, but it was more expensive than other places, and it wasn't cool at all. I ended up just fiddling with it, and they forced me to tip. There is a separate piece of paper with the tip amount written on it, so they check the amount and ask for it. It was ridiculous that the amount was written down. I told them I would just give them 50,000 dong, but they forced me to give them 100,000 dong. The service is really bad and the image of Vietnam is really getting worse because of this place. I wish I would go somewhere else. I hope I never come here.... (Show more)

Was on my way to May Spa which is a few units down. Got stopped by V Galaxy, they claimed that they had discounted price from VND290k to VND200k for 1hr full body, so we agreed and entered the shop. We made the payment upfront, waited in the room for 15min because their freelance masseuse to arrive which we weren't told beforehand. My boyfriend had a male therapist who kept touching his private part intentionally, my female therapist kept scratching my skin with her very sharp nails and she would answer phone calls during the massage. They stopped us from leaving till we gave them tips. The male therapist asked for VND200K while I saw on the paper that the minimum is VND50K. The worst experience I ever had and should have stickied to May Spa instead.... (Show more)

If you're looking for a place to relax, don't go to this spa. They will offer their services at very affordable prices and will ask you to pay beforehand. The place looks narrow from the outside but we didn't mind as the place looked decent until we reached their massage room. The room was so dusty and the massage tables/chair aren't comfortable. If you always go to massage spa, you literally know what I'm trying to say. The ''therapists'' are not professionals and it is weird as they are wearing mini skirts. For a woman like me, I find it very strange. They seem to have no idea of what they are doing and you can feel they do the massage free style, without training. After '2 hours' (more close to 1 hr) of very unsatisfying "massage", the ''therapists'' handed over a piece of paper that says Service Evaluation and never left us. In most massage spa, they will give you enough time to dress up but in our case, they stayed in the room and watching us getting dressed. When we are about to leave the room they asked for a ''tip'' from us and force us to give them some money. So to make the story short, they told us that they're not getting paid by the owner and they're only relying on the tip from the customer which we find it very unfair. We went downstairs and tried to talk to the receptionist and declined when we asked for the contact number of the owner. Please note that they'll not say anything about this before they do your massage. As we only have few bucks left, we didn't give any tip to ''therapists''. Awful, awful, AWFUL! Horrible experience from start to finish. Made to feel unsafe and not clean. I would not go again if my life depended on it.

Female guest be very carefull when you have a male masseur. He touches too close to intime zone! Although the price was cheap with 30% discount they want to have a very high tip afterwards. Overall really not relaxing and not worth the money!!!

Was made to change in front of mixed sex clients. My friend (female) was inappropriately touched by the male masseuse. We paid for 1 hour but lasted 40 minutes. They then demanded to be tipped the same cost for the full body massage and then i was physically restrained from leaving until i paid

Foot massage was more on the legs than the feet. The person massaging had obviously no formal training. No good at all.

SCAM ALERT - STAY SAFE & STAY AWAY!!! Is it possible to leave 0 Star reviews? I don’t ever come online to post reviews but this one deserves an exception. Absolutely do not attend this place as it turns out that the owner has two different types of workers here, one of which he pays a salary and the other type are tip based. The latter seem to be the majority in this place and so although the prices on the outside seem attractive, I’d highly suggest you think twice as the masseuse will encourage you to pay up to 200% the price of the massage as a ‘tip’.... SCAM. DO NOT GO. They will lock you inside the room until you have given enough tips. (Ofc nobody tells you beforehand). Poor quality massage and horrendous facilities anyways. This place should be closed down by the authorities.

Worst massage experience Ive had in my life. They sell you a cheap price at the entrance but at the end of the session, they will insist that you give a minimum of 100k dong for tip (bringing the total to 300k). The massage is refreshing and good. Super cheap at 260,000 VND for 90 minutes To prevent sexual harassment, women need to be treated by women.

Awful....they make you the massage and at the end ask you for a "volunteer" tip of 7 dollars...if not the dont allow you to leave the "spa". It was my worst experience, and it was suppoused to be relaxing...

This place is a little scam... massage price is ok, similar to other local ones, but after the massage, the staff "friendly" gives you a survey and a ask very insistently for a tip. The tip is already "set" and varies from 7 USD to 15 USD... The staff is very persistent on the demands for tips, and after all, the relaxing experience that it was supposed to be, ends in a weird and not very happy situation. V galaxy's massage packages are very relaxing, especially the yoga massage. I will come to the spa again if I have the opportunity to come to Saigon
