If you've already started laser session with a different clinic but then you want to CONTINUE your treatment with them they won't offer you that chance since they will start your treatment from the begging using really low setting that won't work at all if you're treatment is already advanced. I have informed the staff that I was on my seventh session and still they used a very low setting which had no impact at all on my hair. Just a session wasted. This 5 star review is only for my laser therapist Sally who provided the best service that I have ever had in Therapie Clinic. She is very accurate, patient, friendly and understandable. The therapists which I have been before her were very inaccurate and just wanted to do the job without covering all the body areas which were booked for, and an appointment which should have been taken for about an hour or so only took half of that time which showed their carelessness. Because of my poor experience before Sally, I was not planning of coming back to Therapie after my sessions being completed. But now having Sally as my laser therapist, the only reason that I might come back to Therapie clinic and purchase more sessions would be because of Sally. Therapie clinic should have more therapists like Sally who cares so much for her clients and I wish her all the best in her career. I've had microneedling from the lovely Charlotte, she's very good at explaining the procedure and makes you feel so comfortable and supportive. I recommend coming to see these guys if you live in the area or work. They have loads of other treatments too, I'm also having laser hair removal from them and I am having a good experience so far! Had a laser hair removal with Yasmin after a long break due to pregnancy, I was quite nervous on how I'd tolerate the pain. But Yasmin did a fantastic job with virtually no pain during the whole process. Dr. Yara was super gentle with my skin and herself is so friendly and professional . She made me feel so relaxed and the treatment was no painful at all Highly recommend her to anyone wants to get Botox and profilo

!I recommend! Always happy with the service there. The receptionists are always very welcoming. Yasmine, my laser technician, is super professional, efficient and makes me feel comfortable. I have been there for a while now, and it is nice to see the same staff working there for so long.

I am deeply frustrated with the appalling level of customer service at Therapie Clinic. I admit that I was 10 mins late, but I attempted to notify them by phone (which went unanswered). Upon my arrival, the lady at the reception told me we won't have time to do my underarms (which literally takes 2 mins). What is more, when I arrived the therapists were still occupied (something I've encountered many times before), which raises concerns about their double standards. So despite them telling me I was late, my appointment was further delayed due to the notably slow and disorganized behavior of the staff. So when I kindly ask the technician if she can try to still do my underarms she said that I was late and we won't have time for it. When I informed my technician about the time wasted on the clinic's organization, she said that we could only proceed with either my legs or nothing at all (which is a joke). In the end, the laser hair removal for my legs was completed before the scheduled finish time, leaving ample time for my underarms that were also included in the appointment. However, the technician declined to perform the underarm treatment, citing back-to-back appointments scheduled for the day. This is something I've never encountered in any other clinic, very unprofessional and frustrating. My disappointment with the overall service level is beyond words and I definitely don't recommend it. The customer service is very, very poor.... (Show more)

I really love Casey's work! I get micro-needling done by her.. and she absolutely does it very well! She is gentle with my skin and makes sure I am comfortable. Would recommend Therapie clinic in Fulham London. :)
