Been my dentist for years. Excellent treatment and lovely staff.
I and my family have been coming to this dental practice for many, many years, and we cannot praise it too highly. Everyone is friendly and professional and treatment has always been to a very high standard. The only problem is that lately appointments can sometimes be booked up weeks in advance, but I think this is a feature of deliberate government underfunding of healthcare over the last fourteen years rather than a failure at the practice. I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. The reception I received was most courteous and friendly. I had recently lost a very old filling in one of my lower molars, and I was given the option of an extraction or building up the tooth with a new, white filling. I chose the latter, and what a great job the dentist did. For a visit to the dentist a surprisingly pleasant experience.... (Show more)
Visited first time today got an emergency appointment and the staff were fantastic I needed my wisdom tooth removed and they were amazing calming me down the guy was absolutely brilliant with me before during and after the extraction can most definitely say I would go back if I ever had a problem again amazing 👏 😀 😄 thanks very much …... Needed an emergency appointment, receptionist was very helpful, appointment was quick managing to reduce the pain and letting me know what was going on.
Rang up as a new patient and was squeezed in for urgent treatment and All was done in the same day all the staff are friendly polite and helpful great service highly recommend 👍 …
Fantastic treatment, all the staff are great, if I could give more star's I would, looked after all my family for years.
Was a very nervous patient today. Had horrendous toothache and needed the tooth taking out. The staff where kind, calm and reassuring will definitely be going back there. Not such a nervous Nelly anymore. Thanks everyone.

Vivian, the receptionist, helped me to sort out an emergency appointment on the same day, and David gave me a smooth and painless extraction with the help of his caring nurse assistant. Recently got my wisdom tooth removed the they explained the procedures and everything fully to let me now what they are going to do and the process wasn't as bad as I imagined. Very friendly staff team. I’m always very nervous at the dentist but after becoming a patient here and having procedures i feel a lot calmer now. The staff are lovely and very understanding and always have you at heart of their work! Would highly recommend !
Someone mentioned coming all the way from Seaham to see this Knopps. He is such a good dentist I drove from all the way from Devon haha. I have not had any issues with work done at this dentist and the main reason I like him is that he is incredibly fast at his work.

Could not recommend this place enough! I got a filling today and was petrified. Mr knops explained everything he was doing which made me feel a bit more at ease. It was over with very quickly. Highly recommend, using fredrick Street family dental practice! 😁😁 …
