I'm quite dissatisfied with the service of this salon, they don't seem to understand the importance of customer service. I purchased 2 gift cards worth $90 each for princess services for my daughters. Not until weeks later they told me one of my daughters couldn't do the princess service because she is too old. On the day of, we were on our way, but forgot one gift card, so had to turn back around. I called them in a rush letting them know that we would be about 10 minutes late max. Their first reply was "okay then your service will be cut short". My daughter who ended up just getting a manicure has multiple small wounds on her fingers now because they didn't soak her cuticles. Some ended up bleeding and they just sprayed them with alcohol which hurt her. They then told her she just has "sensitive cuticles". When I called them about this later, they said they supposedly used a technique that doesn't require soaking of the cuticles. I've been to numerous beauty salons all over the world and I've never heard anything like this, I also didn't see them do anything different. They said they would get back to me but they haven't yet. I feel like when something like this happens and you inform them about your dissatisfaction, they should get back to you ASAP with an explanation or such, but this to me is another indication of them not understanding the importance of good customer service. I had a nail appointment with Anna for a fill. She had amazing attention to detail, from the shape, thickness, length, cutical trim- everything was above my expectations. The salon was clean, organized and may appointment was on time. I will definitely be booking with Anna again. I’ve gone here a few times, and have always had great service. My last time going I had Parminder completing my reflexology pedicure. She was very kind, thorough, and respectful through the entire service. Definitely recommend 👍🏻 …

Do NOT RECOMMEND! Extremely sad to the lack of professionalism of the ladies at the front desk. Had to cancel an appointment and I heard the lady over the phone telling other ladies and giggling in the background about “this is the lady who wanted xyz” What I need as a service is nobody’s concern specially not the people who’re apparently suppose to help you out. Have had 5/5 experiences at this spa with multiple different services! Can’t recommend Stephanie for waxing enough! I am willing to drug 30mins out of my way to get treatments here!

Amber was fantastic! I've never had such a positive experience in a salon and am happy to have found Forever Young. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about beauty. I had an amazing time at my appointment! I'll always book here, never going anywhere else.

Went here with my besty for a hot stone pedicure. It was by far the best! Friendly staff, great and relaxing atmosphere and great at what they do!

Quite disappointed with the microdermabrasion with steam and extraction facial… I chose this facial specifically because it’s advertised that they use a sterile pin with extractor tool—exactly what I needed for a few deep clogged pores. Unfortunately they only use an extractor tool so none of my problem areas were actually addressed. Waste of money :(... (Show more)

The service here was AMAZING!! I got both a manicure and pedicure. It was my first time getting nail extensions and the person was super helpful and provided really good advice. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails and the shape looks so natural on my fingers. The pedicure was also incredible - it was super relaxing and they look amazing. Service was amazing! Anastasia was fantastic, she did a great job at completing a gel manicure. I find the atmosphere at Forever Young calming. Other places I’ve experienced feel like you are being rushed. With Forever Young it doesn't feel that way. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. A little on the pricy side. Facility is nice and the staff I dealt with were friendly. I think it’s cute to have a menu of items to choose from while getting a pedicure. Gives you another kind of experience. Chairs are nice looking but unfortunately no massage chair and no jets in the water where you soak your feet. Not somewhere I would go on a regular basis. I booked two luxury pedicures for my sisters birthday. My lady (Amy) was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to make my experience as well my sisters great! However the lady my sister had (didn’t catch her name) she was on her phone constantly and didn’t complete the service to which we paid for her colleague Amy had to finish because as she said (she could not as she has another client coming). Amy was amazing and went above and beyond. Her colleague however was beyond unprofessional. But overall Amy made sure my sister and I had a great time! Loved my nails!... (Show more)

Tanvir was amazing and very accommodating. She talked about the procedure in detail and was very gentle and helpful. I would consider doing other procedures again, as long as it's with her.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Forever Young. I got a facial done. The facial was rejuvenating and my skin is still glowing even after couple of week. Natasha demonstrated impressive knowledge in skincare. She answered all my questions. The ambiance of the place added to the overall enjoyment. I recently got my eyeliner tattooed with Natasha. I was a little nervous but Natasha helped throughout the whole appointment. She even gave me a few options to see which design I would like better and walked me through the reasoning on each choice. Anastasia did an amazing job! She was very thorough during my manicure and I couldn't be happier with the results. Booking was super simple through their website and paying the $25 deposit was made easy enough as well. Will definitely return!

First of all, I love how fresh, spotless the spa is along with the kind, caring and welcoming from the time you step in the door! I have had the pleasure of meeting Callie twice now who did my Microdermabrasion Facials. I was impressed how kind, caring and very knowledgeable she was! I love to be educated so this was perfect. She explained thoroughly what she was doing and why with all the steps. My skin looked and felt amazing following! What a difference a good facial can make.
