Everything is perfect at Forever Institut, from the efficiency and kindness of the hostesses at the reception (special mention to Magda for her kindness and who always tries to find solutions to make appointments with my impossible schedule) to the range of treatments offered as well as the care taken in the hand-sewn treatment programs, from the expertise of the doctors to the great experience of the collaborators (special mention for Maria who is the queen of laser treatments). I particularly recommend doctor Jani Galatoire for her great skills and expertise, very considerate and attentive, who works with great finesse and subtlety and with whom we feel confident and very well advised. The result is there. by being discreet!!! A big thank you for offering appointments on Saturdays and late in the week, which makes all the difference when you have a busy schedule! I went twice for a hydrafacial session and I am very happy with the result. My face glows and it feels hydrated. The staff at the institute are very helpful. At each session the person explained the stages of the treatment and gave me advice. I find that very reassuring. THANKS

Disappointed with my consultation for tattoo removal. The person who received me was not pleasant, never told me what their status was, does they only take care of the consultation? Is she the one who does tattoo removal? In my opinion, it is important to introduce yourself. The consultation lasted a maximum of 5 minutes. To simply tell me that we cannot predict the result or the number of sessions and that we must use an anesthetic cream because it hurts. In fact, only elements that I was already aware of. When one of his colleagues came in apologizing, she told him that we were finished anyway, without even bothering to know if I had any other questions or needed additional information. As this is an act which in my opinion is not trivial given the possible scars, I did not find it very professional on his part and much too hasty. I did not have the answers to my questions, she sent me to do my own research on the internet. Concerning this point it is possible that she does not have the answer which may still be acceptable if it had not been for everything else. In addition, in my opinion the quote is high having had another consultation elsewhere with a lower price and who also works with a picosecond laser. I would like to point out that this other consultation was carried out by a surgeon who took the time to explain the process to me in detail and answer my questions. I didn't feel like I was being kicked out quickly. I cannot comment on the entire institute and the other treatments offered. It is possible and I hope that there are nicer people and that the quality of their care is present. My comment therefore concerns only my experience with this person. But I therefore advise you to take the time to have other consultations; there are very competent people who are more welcoming with a lower price and who are aware that this act deserves proper speaking time!... Excellent clinic for permanent hair removal with powerful lasers and super competent technicians. Having done one or two sessions elsewhere due to moving, I can tell you that the results have never been as convincing as at forever laser.

The institute/Forever lives up to its name. To try them is to adopt them. Whether from making an appointment to consulting, the teams are attentive, caring and passionate. I went there several times to perform a hydrafacial, a complete skin cleansing as well as a cryolipolise treatment to help me reduce the appearance of my love handles.
