Thank you to Dr. Lone for my root canal treatment which he completed this week. I had been anxious about it, but need not have been. Throughout my visits, he was caring, informative and professional. When it came to the two main treatment stages, his calm presence, attentive care and keeping me informed made the whole experience easy; I felt relaxed throughout. My experience at Forest Road Dental Practice has been a pleasure since I joined over two years ago. The staff are friendly, caring, warm and professional, and have provided me a high standard of care and treatments. It is always lovely to come for my check-ups with Ray. I came to the Forest Road dental practice today for an emergency appointment referred by NHS 111. I was misleadingly informed that this was an NHS referrals clinic but I am so pleased I made an appointment anyway. I have had a few unpleasant experiences at dentists in the past but Dr Ray and his lovely dental nurse were amazing. He clearly explained the issue I had, there was no pressure to go ahead with any procedures, and I left with a renewed confidence in dentists. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and the whole atmosphere is warm and relaxing. I am now signing on as a patient and will be taking advantage of their dental plan.... (Show more)
Thank you Ray, and team, for making my experience of preparation for a first crown ever, not as daunting as I had anticipated. Ray is always calming and informative during any procedure. The whole Practice is so well managed.
Phoned and asked for an emergency appointment and the woman said they're private and not taking NHS patients, I told her I wasn't asking as an NHS patient but privately and she then went on to tell me again that unfortunately they don't see NHS patients.... Stupid and patronising. She then admitted they have no clinicians on today. I was not referred by 111. I Googled dentists and phoned whatever number was on Google. At no point did I say anything about the NHS, it is just the patronising attitude of your employees assuming that anyone calling for an emergency appointment is too stupid to understand from your website that you are not an NHS dentist. Your employees make this uneducated assumption and don't listen to people clearly stating they are not asking about NHS services.... (Show more)
Brilliant and friendly service to a very high standard as always. Nothing is too much trouble. Efficient bookings. Been going for checkups for decades now. Highly recommended dental practice with a close knit team.
Brilliant dental practice. I would highly recommend. Staff are all polite, helpful and kind. Also in this new age of covid all measures are being taken for both the safety of staff and patients. I only have one ask and that is please can the rear door be made very slightly wider at some point to make it easier to negotiate for wheelchair users. But a a definite 5 out of 5 stars.... A Friendly and professional team as ever. All staff take the time to chat & make you feel at ease if you are a nervous patient. Superb measures have been put in place due to Covid-19 which makes you feel very safe. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Brilliant dentist! Receptionists are always friendly and helpful. Dental treatment received over the years has been amazing. Ok a little expensive at times but having been to an NHS dentist for a few years and then going back to private it is worth the extra money. Recovery after fillings and a root canal is so much quicker. Always a 'can do' attitude to save my teeth no matter what damage I have caused them with all the chocolate I eat. Brilliantly professional, caring practice. Reception staff are welcoming, helpful and efficient. Dental nurses provide splendid support to patients and dentist. My hygienist Jools is encouraging and gentle with the equipment and Rehan, as well as being super with my teeth, always has time to listen.
Always had excellent service at the practice from the staff and I always find it a really relaxing experience

A warm welcome is given from the reception ladies at Forest Road on your arrival. Ray and his staff are all very friendly and helpful. Ray puts you at ease as soon as you go into his surgery. Karen the hygienist is wonderful- kind and caring. I can not imagine going anywhere else.
