Excellent service and before and after the treatment, really suggest to anyone who wants to get rid of the eyeglasses!

I had my eye laser surgery here in June of 2023. The whole process was a breeze thanks to the staff's help. Yes it's a scary process, but it's close to painless! The convenience you gain from not having to wear glasses is real.

I had a great experience at Focus Laser and felt taken care of, all my questions were answered. The team is super friendly and helpful. It was the best decision I have ever made!

Overall, very happy with the clinic and the staff. They were very friendly, explained the process and completed all the checks and the treatment extremely professionally. I was also very grateful that they provided everything in English. My only comment is that I feel that the effects and pain in the first 2-3 days after the procedure were downplayed a bit. In hindsight, knowing how much I struggled, I think I would have chosen the Lasik instead. However, still giving 5 starts as this may also be due to my relatively low tolerance for pain so for other people the experience may have been less traumatic.... (Show more)

I want to say thank a lot to the whole Focus Lasik Team! I had my lasik treatment in June and i can see perfectly well now! I was very scared and they were able to make me feel safe while the treatment. They make jokes all the time, the atmosphere is very pleasant and warm! THANK YOU!

I had the "streamlight" operation 3 weeks ago and can't be more happy about the whole process with Focus Laser. Even though this operation requires a longer recovery, they explained with detail the reason and all the procedure and answered all my questions. I visited a couple places and here I felt comfortable since the first day. All staff is super kind, everything goes fast and easy, they are very professionals and the attention also after the operation has been perfect. And they have very fair prices! Upon arriving at the clinic, I was taken aback to find the receptionist smoking inside the premises. Not only is this behavior unprofessional, but it also creates an unhealthy environment for patients, particularly those who may have respiratory conditions or allergies. I believe it is the responsibility of the clinic staff to maintain a clean and safe environment that promotes the well-being of all patients. Furthermore, I waited patiently for approximately 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, and despite the extended wait, no staff member approached me or provided any explanation for the delay. This lack of communication and disregard for my time is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of respect for patients' schedules. I suggest enforcing a no-smoking policy and improving communication regarding appointment delays. Now I am excited to go to the competition where I was treated very well and professionally.... Exactly 5 hours after the Lasik surgery I was able to see as if I was wearing my glasses. It has been now three months, and my vision just keeps getting better as it needs approx. one year for your eyes to fully recover. I have trusted FocusLaser and followed the guidelines and instructions exactly as explained from the doctors and the FocusLaser Team. I haven’t felt anything during the operation, haven’t had any pain after the surgery and haven’t experienced any eye dryness or sensitivity to light. I myself was pleasantly surprised by the result of the surgery. I’m very satisfied with the whole process and would encourage anyone to make the same decision.... (Show more)

Went there, at the old location, and it was the best money I've ever spend. This Review is for the waiting time for the check up years later. I'm almost two hours here now at the time of this review.

Incompetence to the maximum in this place. They do not take customers seriously and play with your time. They give you an appointment time and make you wait more than an hour to be attended. In none of the appointments I had I was I served on time. They play 100% with the time of the clients. In addition, facilities such as the bathroom and common areas leave much to be desired. With what you pay, I recommend another place to have surgery.... (Show more)

What really convinced me of Focus Laser was the fact that the oculist doing the first free consult wanted the best solution for me and not how the clinic could make most money. Very professionally handled from preparation, going through options, procedures and the actual surgery. Very short, painless and rather easy.

I did the Trans-PRK Steamlight procedure with Focus Laser and couldn't be happier. Very friendly, cheerful staff, excellent consultation and communication & perfect execution of the laser surgery. Everything was very quick, but very professional. Can highly recommend!

Disappointing experience. Was told in the first examination that eyes are perfect for a LASIK surgery and that they can do wavefront optimised technique as part of the package. Waited for 6 weeks for the surgery and on presurgery inspection it turns out that they can only do LASEK due to corneal topography irregularities - despite the fact that wavefront optomised technique is exactly created for such issues! Sounds like a dodgy pricing strategy to me where they leave you no choice, hoping you'd go for LASEK on the following day.... (Show more)
