My experience was amazing! From scheduling my procedures from the USA to arriving at airport. To getting to the hospital and back to hotel, every part of my trip i was taken care of! My point of contact was always there to answer questions/ get me answers from the Dr in a quick and timely manner. All transportation was safe and efficient during my entire time (stayed a Week after procedures) Hospital stay was great, nurses took great care of me and they provided sleeping area for my son who came with me. Hotel was great! Room service was amazing! All in all my experience was great! I flew over to Turkey with flhealth in December for a gastric bypass for acid reflux . I was met at the airport by the transfer and taken to the hotel then picked up and taken for tests they were so thorough the next day I met my surgeon he was lovely and had my operation the surgeon was hands on he came to see me and asked how I was doing muilti times . I used FlyHealth for my Nose Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty operation in Istanbul, Turkey. My experience from the very beginning was very positive and the team were always there if had I any questions or queries. The operation itself went really well and I am so happy with the end result, my only regret is that I did not get this operation done sooner! I honestly cannot fault my experience one bit. All the way from my original enquiry about breast surgery, to booking, to flying over from the UK to having my surgery, every part of the experience has been incredible. The service has been 10/10, I haven't had a single worry about transfers from hotel to hospital, all of my concernes and questions have been answered honestly and I have been in great hands the whole way through. I was quite anxious and apprehensive to begin with, but I was able to bring my partner along with me who was able to stay by my side every step of the way. We were placed in an amazing and friendly hotel, transport too and from the hospital was organsed for us, any medication and dressings was catered for and the hospital visit its self was better than any other I've seen elsewhere. This was my first ever surgery and from this experience alone, not only am I considering coming back for another treatment in the future, but I will also be recommending it to everybody who is considering surgery. If you are someone who is thinking of surgery, I highly recommend looking into your options and viewing flyhealth as a strong competitor, I cannot fault a single thing and I'm so grateful to each and every person involved in my journey.... I had surgery in October 2022 I had a tummy tuck with breast lift and implants. I honestly cant recommend this company enough. from start to finish they have been absolutely amazing. I healed perfectly and even the aftercare was very good to weekly photographs phone calls if needed they were more than supportive. My agent rep/translator was in contact before I even landed in Turkey. He was either with me or at the end of the phone till the moment I was leaving Istanbul. His support was constant and nothing was too much trouble…… massive shout out to Anil. Every member of the nursing / doctor & surgeon team were kind and thorough. The language barrier was never an issue. My surgeon ‘The Bora’ is as great man. I saw him several times a day. He would pop in to check on me. Pre op he put my anxieties at ease. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Sedat Bash and the FlyHealth team during my recent Breast augmentation here in Istanbul. I met with Dr Bash after an initial online interview from the UK. I felt comfortable enough with consult to go ahead and book procedure. I gave a £700 deposit to secure my op. date and flew out to Turkey for a holiday before flying to Istanbul. I met with Dr Bash and his wife and team at his clinic on the Asian side. I was assigned a representative, Anil, to accompany me throughout and car service for all my appointments, he was very pleasant and helpful. Day of surgery car picked my husband and I up and took us to Eren Hastanasi hospital. Anil checked me in and took me for blood work then settled me in a simple but perfectly adequate room with private bath and pull out couch for my husband. My surgery was scheduled for 2pm Dr Bash came in at 1.30 to take measurements and drawings. I went down for 2pm had a general anaesthetic and next I knew I was back in my room. I had a personal nurse taking care of me through the night and was discharged at 1 pm with antibiotics and painkillers next day. Recovery has been Swift - I was ready to move around after a full 24 hrs in bed and 10 days later going home extremely pleased with the results. Dr Bash gave me one final consult and took off my bandages - I’ll need to wear a corset bra for three weeks and no strenuous physical exercise.
