Fly Dubai team in Sabiha airport are worst team I saw in my life, Really Dubai team and Istanbul Airport team are very helpful and genre , but Sabiha team just fighting with all passengers and making problems

Hidden costs, if you cancel your flight there is no cash refund, they will issue for you a voucher receipt valid for 1 year only and valid one to each passenger with penalties. Customer service is not good.

The customer experience with flydubai was the most unpleasant I ever faced with an airline. They canceled my ticket one day prior to my flight without even notifying me about that. When following up with the customer service team on that, they didn’t present me any solution nor did they refund me the money that I have already paid for the flight ticket. I therefore cannot recommend anyone to fly with flydubai and will not consider this airline for future flights myself.... (Show more)
