I have been a loyal patient of Floss Dental and Dr Leo Kwan for the past 10 years ( except the few years I was not living in Sydney) , and I can confidently say that they are the best dental practice in town! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The office is always clean and well-maintained, which makes for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Dr Leo is an exceptional dentist who truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and provides personalized treatment plans that are tailored to your specific needs. His expertise in dentistry is evident in every procedure he performs, and he always ensures that you are comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff at Floss Dental are also amazing! They are all very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They make scheduling appointments easy and convenient. I do not commonly write reviews so this is an exception. Dr. Leo’s approach to dental care is thorough, forward looking, and invaluable. He also happens to have the lightest hands I have experienced. Having a dentist with Dr Leo’s skill sets and competence for one’s dental care is reassuring.

I’ve been a client of Floss Dental for 7 years. The dentist and his staff are fabulous. The Dentist is gentle and caring. Going to the Dentist generally isn’t something that you look forward to but here I always feel very comfortable and calm.

Dr Leo and his team provide an amazing dental service. I get my regular 6 monthly clean and check up here. Dr Leo is very thorough and gentle. Dr Leo and his team are brilliant! I have been a patient for years and would never go anywhere else. Just the other day I had a sore tooth and they fit me in the next day! Dr Leo said, ‘We will take care of you.’ And he always does his best work! The staff are very nice and Dr Leo listens thoughtfully and always explains his process clearly. I’ve been a patient here for many years. Dr Leo and his team are attentive and I’ve never had any issues with the service provided. Dr Leo is very experienced, knowledgeable, super gentle and I’ve always had pain free treatment. He is also very honest and transparent when explaining my treatment options and takes the time to answer my questions. Clinic is also very clean and organised, which is important during covid times.
