I chose the clinic by accident after reading its offer. I was suffering from varicose veins in my legs and I used the services provided by the clinic. The examination and laser removal of vein lesions were conducted by Dr. Łukasz Pałka. Approach to the patient at the highest level, factual discussion of the problem and stages of treatment. The procedure itself was stressful, but after it was performed, I realized that the stress was not necessary. The next day, slight discomfort in the leg - but bearable. Staff - service at the highest level. After 6 weeks after the procedure, my leg was no longer tired and hurting. I recommend a visit to this place to anyone who has problems with varicose veins.... Private medical clinic. Nice service of the ladies at the reception - when there was a delay in 15 minutes, they informed everyone separately and apologized. Tasteful decor. A clean, fragrant, well-kept toilet. 0.5 liters of water in the waiting room at the stand if anyone wants to drink. Dr. Piotr Oleszek is very specific, competent with a lot of knowledge and ideas, a doctor who doesn't beat around the bush, helpful, and exhaustively answers all questions asked. I had previous experience with proctologists. Dr. Norbert Zapotoczny is an extraordinary specialist. Extremely understanding and honest. I definitely recommend the entire clinic. He discussed the problem I was struggling with in great detail and thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of each treatment method. I would like to share my experience at VenoMedica. I have been fighting varicose veins for 12 years and I have always been afraid of invasive surgeries. Fortunately, less invasive treatments now exist. I decided to undergo EVLT with sclerotherapy with Dr. Iwona Ździebło-Krankowska and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Today is the second day and there are no traces of varicose veins and the pain is minimal. I find the procedure itself tolerable. If someone doesn't like needles, get ready mentally 🤪, because there are a few of them. If the problem returns, I will definitely go to the doctor again for the procedure. People performing a thyroid biopsy should consider another site for this collection. A thyroid biopsy (statistically) ends in 15-20% of cases with the collection of a non-diagnostic sample, i.e. one in which the condition of the tumor cannot be assessed. In such a situation, the biopsy should be repeated. At VENOMEDICA, this involves paying again for the next collection (probably because the sample testing service is sent to another center). However, there are several other places in Wrocław where, in the case of a non-diagnostic sample, the second biopsy is performed FREE OF CHARGE - these are centers that usually have their own cytologists who independently examine the collected material. With the cost of approximately PLN 250-300 for the service and the risk of repeating it is quite high, it is worth performing such a service where it is possible to repeat it FREE OF CHARGE (if necessary).
