Terrible service, took on a NHS contract and was understaffed, instead of doing the right thing and rebooking he decided to skip a basic examination and was splitting time between myself and another patient. Since been diagnosed properly with nerve damage that wasn't even looked at even when it was plainly obvious. They hited an extra physio a week later but unfortunately that didnt help myself. Money over quality and ethical work was more important sadly. I found much better service at the private physio near princes Quay, dont let the avenues physio mug you off... (Show more)

Because of Lisa's treatment my symptoms got increasingly worse, resulting in me ending up in A&E with the nerve and blood supply to my left arm being compromised. I got a second opinion from another physio who was not willing to treat me due to the severity of my back problem. They do not care about your welfare, they just want your money.... (Show more)

Cannot praise Lisa enough, brilliant with my little girl who has cerebral palsy. Lisa had so much patience with my 1 year old, and by following the exercises Lisa gave me to work through, despite all the odds stacked against my daughter at 21 months she is now walking.

Lisa has been my physio for sometime now and I cannot recommend her enough! Before visiting Lisa at F4P I had seen many other physio’s but nothing was improving. After my first session I saw first improvements instantly. Very professional with great customer service. Highly recommended!

Excellent physios, have helped hugely with my sciatica, tendonitis and RSI - as always with physio treatment, I need to put the hard work in myself but on the whole very pleased with the advice and treatment provided

Really helped with advice regarding my back and shoulder pain. Both Jayne and Geoff have helped and have given me a range of exercises to build strength and improve my posture. Very friendly and efficient service from Carol on reception through to the treatment from Jayne and Geoff. Would highly recommend.... (Show more)

This is my wife’s review. On several occasions in the last few years I have required physio treatment and used the First4Physio clinic team. Each time I have received excellent treatment from Carol, the lady behind the front desk who makes all the appointments and the two physio’s Jayne and Geoff. I cannot recommend this team highly enough, they have made such a difference to my long-standing back injury and, currently, my knee injury, which is ongoing. I am very grateful to the care, patience and time that they have spent with me, and I would certainly recommend them to others requiring physio treatment. Thanks.... (Show more)

Went to see Lisa at First 4 Physio with an acute and painful bout of sciatica. Within a couple of sessions could feel the benefit with less pain and numbness in my right leg. The exercises she gave me along with the treatment were easy to understand and perform even whilst at work. This was not my first visit and would not hesitate to return again. Would definately recommend.... (Show more)
