My experience with Fertility SA has been outstanding. A few highlights below: • THE TALENT IN FSA IS HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EMPATHETIC. I especially thank Dr. Bruno Radesic and all nurses and embryologists (particularly Trish and Rebecca) who made this journey such a positive experience. Fertility treatments can be overwhelming because of the large amount of new information and actions you need to perform (at the clinic and at home). Dr. Radesic and the team gave me all the information I needed to complete the treatment, and they were accessible all the time to respond to my questions. • THE CLINIC AND PARTNER HOSPITALS AND LABS ARE VERY WELL-EQUIPPED. The FSA clinic has fantastic scanners where they can observe/measure part of the fertility processes. For the blood tests, FSA works with Clinpath, and the collaboration looks very efficient because test results are usually delivered within the same day. For hospital procedures, Dr. Radesic worked with the Ashford Hospital and St Andrews; both hospitals are well equipped and managed. • THE FSA TEAM HAS A REALISTIC, POSITIVE ATTITUDE. Dr. Bruno was always realistic and transparent when talking about my case. He is undoubtedly an expert in genealogy and fertility, and easily illustrates the risks and chances of success through statistics and descriptions. I never felt like he was giving misleading hopes or expectations. And, for reference, my treatment with him was successful! Tip: Take notes of every piece of information you receive! You need to be prepared and empowered to complete every step and medication on your own without worries.... (Show more)

Poor communication right through out. I never felt listened to. Ended up at the hospital because there doctors never got back to me. And then got questioned on who was managing my pregnancy after they never got back to me, they also wanted to drop my hcg blood test to once a week given my history of ectopics. The hospital wanted me to get my test done ever 48 hours, naturally we went with the hospital’s advice. The pregnancy ended in my 3rd ectopic. We have since changed clinics.... (Show more)

I give NO star ⭐ and Not recommend this clinic. This clinic waste my valuable time and money. I used three doctors in this clinic, but all disappointed. Also Lab quality not sure 1/ first Dr Viki, a female doctor, who collection eggs, very painful, and second plan she gave to me, she forgot to reduce the medication when added another one on day 6. So I changed to Dr Alex 2/ Doctor Alex, "an experienced doctor", but he asked me to do ICSI even my husband no problem. once done this process, your eggs will NOT mature and reduce 50% chance be fertilized your eggs. got 7 eggs, all done ICSI, only one fertilized! Dr Alex, did not tell me this. ICSI reduced50% chance to be fertilized, I will not do ICSI.I went to other clinics, they all asked why I did ICSI, I said I did NOT know. When transfered embryo, he put the position to high, I saw the white line going on the top, then turn left. My left tube block, then I got ectopic pregnancy from this transfer. Dr Alex said, compared natural pregnancy, ivf has lower rates of ectopic pregnancy. Actually, ivf has higher rates of ectopic pregnancy. At beginning, I told the clinic, bleeding and painful week 6 pregnancy, then Dr Alex said, he not worried and normal for pregnancy. So didn't scan when I reported to the clinic, until later rushed into hospital. Dr Alex, a specialist, can make this kind of mistakes, I believe he can make more others I don't know. After ectopic pregnancy, I didn't have good response from the medications, then he suggested me to buy other women s eggs. But myself, I still have 10 folicals and around 5/6 eggs later. When asked Elonva, he didn't reply me at all. So I changed to Dr Bruno. After this ectopic pregnancy operation. I believe my left side function has been damaged. Dr Alex egg collection Not very painful every time, good skills for collection. Only the transfer not good, ICSI &care less. Regret to use Dr Alex 3/ Dr Bruno, director of this clinic. Used Elonva for me, 10 folicals when frist scan. Dr Alex asked me to buy others egg because I do not enough eggs after ectopic. But after recovering, I got more! when collection, Dr Bruno could not be available. Dr Viki collection. All three big eggs early dismissed before the collection, so only got three eggs. Eggs very big already on the trigger day, of course, they run away! I feel very disappointed. Should do 34 hours collection in my case. 4/ Lab environment is very important for eggs and embryo. My embryo should be frozen when it was very good, then transfer next month, same month transfer can cause ectopic. but the nurse told me "if you don't transfer, then maybe the embory cannot survive after forzen". So I wait.. on day three Saturday, they told me, your embryo ok, prepare for Monday transfer, but after Dr Viki collection, I was extremely painful. I didn't want to transfer. But I scared to forze my embryo because I worried it cannot survive from the process. Then Monday, they told me my embryo not good for transfer. Actually, a good Lab can have 99% successful rates to recover the embryo from frozen. A good Lab also can grow good embryos. I doubt the Lab here maybe not good enough. I believe My situation was good, 7 -9 eggs at my age still not successful. Then I guess, successful rates here maybe very low especially for women 40+. doctors here only blame your age, but not blame themselves and their Lab. Not successful all your problems. There is no good care from this clinic and not satisfied doctors knowledge about medication and skills for collection and transfer and asked me to do ICSI when not necessary and harmful. No correct information to keep valuable embryos. If you don't have many embryos, then frozen them on day three in a good Lab, you don't need to wait extra days if you are not ready transfer on the same month. Sometimes, because of the medication, inside environment maybe no good for same month transfer. High successful clinic told frozen embryo and transfer another month. If I frozen my embryo at that time, I would NOT have ectopic! I am very unhappy with this clinic. Wasted!... (Show more)

My experience with FSA has been excellent. I was constantly told my case was difficult, and that it was going to be very hard to conceive. So I tried 3 different IVF clinics over 4 years, and I even went to the self proclaimed ‘baby whisperer’ in Melbourne Lynne burmeister out of desperation - with no success. I eventually saw Dr sally Reid at fertility SA and I can’t speak highly enough about her. Before seeing dr Reid I had no hope left and was told I needed to find an egg donor. All the doctors and clinics before dr Reid tried to do simple things like adjust the medication, or change my diet or make me take more natural pills and nothing worked. Thankfully, dr Reid had the capacity to analyze my entire situation and find an answer. On my first attempt with her, which was also going to be my last Ever IVF, and after withdrawing my super money and having been given absolutely no hope to get pregnant, dr Reid created a miracle and now I have my beautiful little boy. I found all the staff at fertility SA to be supportive, considerate, thorough, and always showing empathy. I found their labs, processes and technology to be excellent. I would just like to advise people who may be in a difficult situation conceiving to try dr Reid. I have blind faith in her now and would not hesitate to recommend her. Thank you Dr Reid and to all the team and Fertility SA.... (Show more)

My husband and I transferred to Fertility SA with Dr Victoria Nisenblat after years with no success at another clinic in Adelaide. We knew instantly that we were in the right place. Not only is Dr Nisenblat an incredible, thorough and caring doctor, all staff seem to follow suit. We did not come across one unsupportive team member. Instead we were nurtured and truly cared for. After years of multiple miscarriages and failed cycles, we are expecting twin boys after a successful transfer of a single embryo. I am sending all friends and loved ones who are seeking fertility support straight to Fertility SA and feel comfortable knowing they will receive the highest quality of care.... (Show more)

The team go the extra mile to ensure patient comfort and they are super keen exploring every avenue to fulfil a couple - or single's - fertility journey. It's especially good to hear stories from transgenders as much as it is those of a cancer journey. Dr Ryan Rose is a positive influence on the lab team with his efforts in research - going the extra mile. Well done team!... (Show more)

Wasted 5 years in this clinic, regretful experience, waste time and money. Egg collection was very painful each time even a couple of days after. Embryo transfer was painful each time made me thinking it should be normal felling . Then I realised it is not the case when I finally traveled to get interstate treatment after 5 years bad experience. As results , I have my daughter first go and my son two years later. The name of the female doctor is not the same one as in the previous post. I trusted her because she was very nice person. I guess acting Professor title only means academically not practically. The lab probably not good is another reason also. The most regretful thing to me is I did not give up this clinic early enough. 5 years never get back again.... (Show more)
