Doctors choose who they want to help to start a family or take your money and send you off with hurt, nurses are nice,and supportive
I have work with this group of people since 2003 and they have been really great treat you like family. I am a Surrogate mother and they really care about everyone an they make sure that all your questions and concerns are answered
Thank god I looked at the reviews before making a choice of going here. I had a very bad feeling from the start since I first called for information and spoke to the rudest person ever. She picks up the phone and says “Jenny speaking” and is very very very rude in answering your questions. These kind of rude people say a lot about the clinic and the services!!!! Please look over the reviews and the rude attitudes of the receptionist and nurses before considering going to their fertility clinic.... (Show more)
Very disorganized group of people. We went to his New York location. He is primarily based in California. The staff are not coordinating and are not consistent. The exam room had a blood stained speculum which was about to be used until I questioned. I don’t believe his ultrasound findings are accurate as they were contradicting to another physicians impressions. He is not available most of the time. when I called for medical records release, I was told to wait until he returns back from China. I still don’t know how I ended up with his consultation. My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for 4.5 years. We experienced all steps of trying to get pregnant with another fertility MD (timed intercourse with meds and IUI with meds) with no success. A close friend referred Dr. Steinberg and his team to us. We scheduled a consultation and were immediately won over. In our initial visit Dr. Steinberg laid out what our fertility difficulties were and what our options were. He went on to visually explain why our past treatments with the other MD would have never worked for what was causing our infertility and what would be the best treatment for getting pregnant. We worked closely with the team, especially Christine. Christine was my saving grace. No matter how stupid the question she would always answer professionally and empathetically; keeping my fears at ease. My husband and I had a rough road to finally getting to a successful pregnancy. Dr. Steinberg, Dr. Freji, and Christine are all impeccable at what they do. I can not express how grateful we are to them. Dr. Steinberg, Dr. Freji, Christine and his amazing team are our miracle workers because without them our dreams of parenthood would not be coming true. Dr. Steinberg kept his promise to us!! We are now pregnant and expecting our son's arrival this fall!! Yeah!!!! Thank you again for everything that you do and have done. We are forever grateful for this miracle you have helped create. Dr. Presser did an amazing job helping us to realize our dream of having children. He helped us to have a boy and a girl over the course of five years. He was always honest with us and his goal was our success. He changed our lives forever. The five-star rating is for Dr. Presser. We were not impressed with his medical assistant, Leah, who handled correspondence and scheduling.
We are pleased to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Jeffrey Steinberg and nurse Ana Portillo for making a miracle of bringing into this world our twins. They took us step by step through the whole process and advised on third parties needed. The medical issues were taken care of impeccably, as well as <$_1>, interactions and follow-up of the pregnancy with our Surrogate. We felt being in good hands. We may come back :)... (Show more)
Patient coordinator said they don not accept women over the age of 38 for eggs freezing. Super disappointing. You still need to go to the process of eggs freezing to do IVF so it really doesn't make any sense at all that as a patient you are forbidden to simply freeze your eggs at 41yo...
Dr. Steinberg is the Albert Einstein of fertility! He made our dream of having twins come to live! We traveled from Texas to California to make it possible. The journey was incredible and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of the entire team. Nurse Ana was very comfortable and helped me through the process as I was going through personal issues as well, I always felt at home. Even after flying back to Texas going through the pregnancy doctors here never give me straight answers to what’s going on. Dr steinberg ALWAYS HAS THE ANSWERS and knows how to calm me down because I’m a huge cry baby! So this is the place for you if you want to be cared for and treated like family. I just did two rounds of egg retrieval & I was so scared but to my surprise I had an amazing experience. I have a phobia of giving blood which I was told I would have to do every appointment. When I went in the first time all my fears were put aside after i met Ana the head nurse. She is so kind and helped me every step of the way especially with my anxiety, I couldn't have asked for a better nurse. Dr. Steinburg is so gentle and smart everything went by so fast! In the end I saved over 30 eggs and am very happy with the results plus my experience. I've already told multiple friends to go here, I highly recommend you do to! Thankyou Fertility Institutes <3... I have used Fertility Institutes twice and it has been an amazing experience. Dr Steinberg is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. The pricing is very reasonable and head nurse Ana was very accommodating with my partner, who was nervous. Overall great experience and would recommend!
