From our experience with this clinic, I would say that it is best to hire a lawyer right away, because their opinions change every few days, but now I will tell you briefly what it is about: So, during the egg retrieval, they told us that they removed 5 pieces. When we said that we wanted to freeze the egg cells for subsequent treatments, they told us that there were still four pieces. During the first transfer, we wanted to try with two embryos, so there were two more embryos left. The first transfer was negative and the next transfer we decided on one embryo, so one remains frozen. When we came to check the results of the other transfers, we received two shocks, the first was a negative result and the second was that we no longer had a single embryo. And they sent the invoice for the freezing . And now we are interested in where the fifth and last frozen embryo disappeared? That will be a question for the German Prosecutor's Office. I was there with 2 children and felt very well looked after at all times!! They are all very friendly and reliable employees, be it on the phone, at reception, taking blood, etc. And last but not least, the doctors do a great job (I got to know several because someone is sometimes absent). We were very satisfied with our treatment at the KiWu Clinic! Our big thanks go to Dr. Ochsenkühn and the incredibly nice ladies who looked after us during this time. We were always well informed and always had the feeling that we were in good hands. Thanks to the whole team!

We were with Dr. for a total of 9 months. Hiller under treatment and very satisfied. He always has new ideas and reliably clarifies various options. We previously went to another fertility clinic where we were very dissatisfied because treatments were carried out before everything was clarified. The entire team we met was very nice and empathetic. We felt very well looked after, taken seriously and cared for at all times. In the end, after four years of wanting to have children, of course it worked out in the waiting cycle, but we would recommend the Augsburg Fertility Center and especially Dr. Recommend Hiller without reservation.... The best kiwu! The doctors are very nice and so are all the staff. You can get an appointment straight away or you can always call if you have any questions. I am very grateful to Mr De Ochsenkühn, he is the best doctor!

My first impression when I was introduced to the KiWu Center was that the specialist staff (from registration to advice) was very competent and precise. Everything goes very quickly and without long waiting times! Which is very important if you work and still have a great desire... This hasn’t changed during the months of treatment! Overall, we were very satisfied with the fertility center in Augsburg. The entire organization of the practice process was always very good. Appointments could be made from 7:30 a.m., so that the treatment was somewhat compatible with working life. The costs incurred (we were self-payers) were always presented transparently. When things didn't work at first, extensive diagnostics were carried out quite quickly. I also had the feeling that I had a say in the treatment. After several ICSIs, I knew quite well which medications worked on my body and how. The entire practice team was always friendly and empathetic. Our treating doctor Dr. Hiller always tried to answer all of our questions well and understandably. With the support of the practice, we had a total of two children. We are very grateful for that. Were very satisfied with the team, friendly and nice! We were treated by Dr. Mischitz. From the first day we felt very comfortable. A great doctor both personally and professionally. We can only recommend!!!

A clinic that makes dreams come true 🥹 After a long 9 years of waiting and a treatment period of almost 3 years (with breaks on our part) We can now embrace our little, big miracle in April - thanks to the great team at KiWu Clinic. We felt we were in good hands at all times. Appointments are possible very early, the waiting times are very short, and the entire practice is simply well organized. A big thank you from us goes to Dr. Hepp, who is very sensitive and understanding, which is absolutely useful in this area. Nevertheless, all doctors are professionally competent and have a great understanding of what they do. Even when you're about to give up, they know exactly how to encourage you and give you new courage and hope. Clean premises and relatively short waiting times. Our doctor, Ms. Dr. Hepp always takes the time to explain everything, answer questions and find solutions. The rest of the medical team always seemed very friendly. The rest of the employees are always friendly, courteous and empathetic, so we always felt comfortable! We had an appointment for the initial consultation in October 2022. At the end of December 2022 I was already pregnant ;) We always felt comfortable. Appointments were made quickly, even early in the morning, so that the appointments could be easily coordinated with work. The employees were all friendly. We felt we were in good hands at all times. Both Mr. Dr. Ochsenkühn and all of the doctor's assistants are always extremely friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend the clinic. We were very satisfied with the Augsburg Fertility Center. Extremely competent doctors, especially the doctors treating us, Dr Hiller and Dr Ochsenkühn! During the appointments, my working hours were always very generously taken into account, so that the entire fertility treatment could be easily combined with the job. The medical assistants were always super nice and helpful, were always able to answer questions competently and you always felt welcome.
