Fertility Associates-Hamilton Clinic

We have had the best treatment from fertility Associates, even in and out of lockdown and restrictions. As anyone would guess it is all very stressful and mentally and physically draining. The nurses are phenomenal, communication is excellent, with the use of a great app. You don't always get the same treatment doctor & nurse for scans/egg retrieval etc but I always felt like they really cared and I was looked after so well! Fertility Associates helped us achieve a Family and I will forever be grateful to the team there. We were looked after so well in the lead up and during our IVF cycle. The facilities are immaculate, The staff are lovely to chat to and they are all very knowledgeable.

Wow I don't even know how to express my gratitude and thankfulness for what FAH have done for my husband and I... I was fortune enough to receive public funding after losing both fallopian tube at age 39. The care compassion and love we got from the Hamilton team was beyond amazing. I am now 45 and have two beautiful healthy daughters age 4 1/2 and 17 months without FAH this would not have been possible. From start to end the team have been great in regards to care , treatment and communication. I fully recommend FAH . From our very first appointment we felt very well informed and any questions we had were always answered. As the process went on with IVF, we found everyone we came across was really lovely, from nurses, to embryologists, Doctors and everyone else in between. I loved having all the info about medications etc all easy to find in an app, and if ever I found myself overthinking any part of the process the lovely nurses were always there to answer any new questions I had come up with! We had the best experience with Fertility Associates. My doctor Laura was fantastic and in our second embrio we got lucky to have got pregnant of our miracle girl. Would definitly reccomend them to anyone needing help with their fertility. Thank you very much!!!

I did an egg donation last year and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and supportive. The procedure was fully explained at every step and I couldn't have felt anymore at ease during any step.

We have been with Fertility Associates Hamilton for over 6 years. They are amazing and caring. The team of nurses go above and beyond. The Doctors are highly skilled and tailor your treatment plan to your individual needs. I highly recommend Fertility Associates Hamilton for your fertility journey.

Due to having fertility issues we found ourselves seeking the help of fertility associates. We were recommended them and can’t fault them. From initial consultations they were informative, helpful and gave us all the information we needed to proceed on our journey. We qualified for public funding and after a while waiting we found ourselves not wanting to continue to wait on the ever extending waitlist so we chose to go private. Once we had decided this, we got put through the system very quickly and we’re basically booked in to go from my next cycle. All the staff were wonderful, from admin to nurses, doctors, and lab technicians. Everyone was so friendly, warm and put us at ease through each step of our journey. Luckily our first cycle worked for us and we are so grateful for the Hamilton team for helping us with the gift of our baby boy. We needed help from science to have him and fertility associates provided the means in the best way possible. We are so thankful we had this option available for people in our situation.... Staff were amazing and professional. Thank you for our little miracle baby. Highly recommend the Hamilton Fertility Associates. Just go for a chat with them it is a hard journey but well worth it and they make you feel comfortable the whole way.

Always need continuous prompting for follow ups. Not the staff problem, most probably this is because of lack of staff and excessive number of patients (there are no other fertility clinics in the city). If you live in Hamilton and transportation is not a big problem it is good to consult any fertility clinics in Auckland . However, I hope they may improve gradually 🤞... (Show more)
