They sent my wife home after she requested the day from work because they only charge in cash, she had to do a study in which she could not do any type of exercise, so going to an ATM was not an option, a lack of respect, an illegality and a possible fact of tax evasion and above all a mistreatment of the patient

My girl is 5 years old. I did two icsi. They always took time to serve us but we didn't care because every time they did, our consultation seemed to be unique as if there were no others waiting. And well... on this road you have to wait for absolutely everything. And be with alert antennas regarding everything... doctors can be wrong... they are people... but women who know our bodies have to ask questions and if we feel like questioning. I've been waiting for more than an hour and twenty, they let in people who arrived after me when I came with a shift at a specific time requested a month in advance. No one apologized or warned me that there was a delay. I don't know if the doctors are good because I'm still waiting for them to see me, but I'm never coming back here. Absolute waste of time.... Everything I lived with Dr. Ruhlman was very sad, I was in a state of despair and he played with my illness, having already designated an operation date for my endometrisis (which was not covered by social work, it was $35,000 at that time ) He charged me $900 (year 2015) for the visit to the clinic to take him the pre-surgical studies (the first consultation had the same value). After the operation (in the San Lucas de San Isidro sanatorium who were a love with me and with my family) was still in pain, he was not in the country but Fernanda (his secretary) gave me an appointment with her daughter (who was also in my operation). That day the secretary told me that I had to pay for the consultation (I did not I couldn't believe, which I refused), the Dr. took care of me and told me that mine was psychological. Obviously I never saw them again, after consulting several doctors who even knew him, they told me that I shouldn't have had surgery at first but rather try to go other ways. A few months later, I asked them for my medical history and they did not want to give it to me, to which I told them that I was a lawyer and that if they did not give it to me (since it is a patient's right) I was going to send them a letter document. I did not meet a more merchant doctor than him, I tell my experience so that he can make himself known.... (Show more)
Excellent! Highly recommended. Everything very good, the sonographer, the laboratory, Dr. Rullman, wonderful, a super professional. A great experience with Excellent results. We did the full treatment on site and really, not one complaint.
Bad experience. Gynecological surgery that ended in infection and medical waste. You wait endlessly (2 clock hours in 4 opportunities, always with a pre-arranged shift) to be dispatched in 5 minutes. Indifferent doctor who was not interested in knowing how I felt. The only time that is worth there is that of the doctors and the only patients who are treated with false kindness are individuals. Eternally grateful to the doctors who treated me and made my pregnancy possible. After several losses, due to not having an accurate diagnosis from other obstetricians, I was able to have my baby naturally. All the staff are very loving and in the middle of the pandemic they never stop serving me. The delays are acceptable since later when it is your turn they do not dispatch you in 10 minutes as in other places.
