I’ve only today had my HT surgery and I have to say I’m happy I chose to go with Farjo Hair Institute Mcr. Dr Greg Williams, his technicians and the entire Farjo team have been first class all the way though, informative and great advice during consultation, easy to speak to any time you need, overall lovely people who have your best interests and outcome in mind. Hopefully I get the results I want from my HT but I would recommend Farjo Hair Institute and Dr Greg Williams to everybody who’s thinking of taking the plunge. The team at this clinic are outstanding. From my first meeting with Dr Bessam to the post-operative care, I only ever felt like I was in incredibly capable hands. Having been recommended Farjo and then doing plenty of research, it became clear that the doctors here really are up there with the very best. I had the pleasure of both Dr Bessam and Dr Nilofer operate on me. They spoke about the artistry of creating a natural hairline which reassured me. They talked me through the fascinating intricacies of an FUE procedure which they have clearly honed and perfected over many years. Sara (surgery manager) was warm and sympathetic to my anxieties. Very seldom in the business world today do you come across a company that such attention to care and detail as Farjo. As most people who look into hair tramsplant its a time of much worry and anxiety with soany options available and now with more and more looking at cheaper options overseas, but please STOP...the one thing you can not put a price on is your health which we all know is priceless. At Farjo this is my second operation and from the moment you meet member of the team you start to realise why they are one of the world leaders in hair transplant. Every member from Greg my surgeon to Sarah abd Julie the clinical team they put you right at ease and you can see its more than a job but a passion. The reassuring knowledge that you have other members like Cheryl the aftercare manager and Emma who runs the administration side made me feel it trully is what can only be discribed as a family run company as they trully are an amazing team with such warmth that is second to none. I am losing my hair and have been considering having a transplant for some time. It’s not easy trying to research professionals in this area as there are so many to choose from. Not knowing any other female who has had a transplant only exacerbated my frustration at sourcing someone l could trust. After a lengthy internet search linked to female hair loss l contacted the Manchester Branch of The Farjo Hair Institute. After l completed their online form l was contacted by their Patient Manager Cheryl Iglesias and asked to forward much more detailed information and images of my hair. Shortly afterwards Cheryl rang to say that it was possible that l have Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia and, if that proved to be the case, a transplant would not be possible. She went on to suggest that l visit my GP for a referral to a dermatologist. Having researched FFA l am very sure that l have this condition but will await a proper diagnosis. I have spoken to Cheryl again and been so very impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and advice. It may be that in the long-term the Farjo Hair Institute will not be able help with my condition. However, Cheryl’s sensitivity, care and interest in my problem has been exceptional and reflects well on the Institute. Awaiting a call or even an email to update me or advise on my hair condition as despite many calls/emails - zero response in that no phone call or consultation! Just false assurances instead. If they are too busy to take you on they should say instead of messing people about.

I have had two procedures in 2017&18 and would highly recommended Farjo to anyone who wants to see fantastic results.

Hi all, The service Just a note to say I have personal experience with Farjo and his surgical team, and I can honestly say they looked after me both pre and post surgery to a very high standard including personal calls on a daily basis from nurses checking on progress and making sure I was ok which was so reassuring, I when I did have a slight issue I was straight back in free of charge rectifying said issue (A painful ingrowing hair) which is why I chose not to go overseas for the procedure, I don’t know what I would have done if I had gone abroad then had the issue I did, so like I say they quickly resolved the problem in the space of a day and away I went Within 30 minutes of attending the clinic, very quick and very discreet The results From where I was to where I am today are chalk and cheese and I was quite far gone in my opinion I have had any negative comment only positive comment saying there something about me that makes me look younger that people can quite put there finger on, having said that I bumped into someone I hadn’t seen for 8 years and they were blown away with how I looked now compared to when they last saw me! My advice Do you research ask to talk to ex patients (that’s what convinced me to go with Farjo’s) and ask as many questions you want at a consultation no matter how stupid you may think they are don’t be scared to ask ask ask, if they make you feel reassured and confident then you should take the plunge it can be life changing....... Had hair transplant at Farjo yesterday so too soon to say what the overall result will be. What I can say at this stage is how wonderful the whole experience was. Very friendly and caring staff. Beautiful premises ... almost like a spa day out. I was very bald and right from the beginning Dr Farjo was honest in managing my expectations. I will definitely be returning next year for round two. I have had 3 procedures now at Farjo, two FUT strip surgeries and one FUE. I was completely bald at the crown and had a very receded hairline at the front which I had become quite self conscious about. The restoration work Dr Farjo has done has given me a result i never believed would be possible when I began this journey, I am genuinely thrilled and so glad I chose him. In August 2018 I had a hair transplant carried out by Dr Kay and Dr Farjo. I am impressed every day by the results of the transplant. From initial consultation, surgery through to the aftercare Farjo have excelled. My experience with the Farjo Clinic was excellent. Before I had visited the Farjo Clinic, I'd been to several other hair transplants Clinic's around the north-west (Manchester, Liverpool), all of them couldn't compare to Farjo's. The first thing that hits you with the Farjo Clinic is how spotlessly clean everywhere is, from the reception to the operating theatres (Please don't forget this is a surgery you're having so for me this was important not only for the success of the transplant but for my health). The level of professionalism, friendly approach of the whole team is very apparent from the start. I had a consultation with Mick (Great Guy), and very informative, we discussed realistic expectation which was refreshing and implemented an action plan. There wasn't any hard sell tactic unlike some I could mention who tried to have me handed over my credit card before even discussing my hair loss. I had my surgery done by Dr Farjo, who was excellent; my results were better than I could have hoped. The people who knew me before hand can't believe the change it's made to me. Having a natural full looking hairline has gave me my confidence back. Absolutely amazing - staff were great, proper doctors not a sales team. The pricing was more than reasonable and it has only been a week and the hairs are coming through already, minimal fuss afterwards and I didn't worry as I knew I was in good hands. Spoke to a lovely co-ordinator on the phone who took a detailed history about my hair loss. They were forthcoming and honest about medication and possible side effects and didnt pressure me into any treatments. Very helpful and genuine.

After 4 years of hair loss and 18 months of research I finally decided to have an FUE hair transplant at Farjo Hair Institute in Manchester. 3 weeks ago today ,following initial postponement in April due to the global pandemic, I had my procedure with Dr Bessam Farjo and his amazing team. I cannot tell you how well I was looked after from start to finish on the day during a very long 12hr procedure. All the team, following my initial consultation back in February from Cheryl, Emma , Bessam and all the hair technicians were so welcoming and professional. I knew I had the right company from the moment I walked in. It is obviously too soon to talk about results but I have every confidence I will be happy in time when my hair starts to grow. Dr Farjo will not tell you what you want to hear, he will tell you the truth! This is all anyone can ask. For anyone thinking of a transplant please be wary. I visited 2 other companies beforehand who only wanted to talk about money. They will prey on your vulnerability. If you dont see or speak with the surgeon before hand then be very wary of signing up with any of these companies. Bessam also talked to me about the importance of taking Finasteride and using Minoxodil etc which I am taking and using with no side effects.
