Don’t waste your time and money. This place is a sham. It’s a complete and utter ripoff where the only thing you will get relieved of is way too much money for the medical care you receive, which in my case was totally wrong. I was misdiagnosed when I had shingles that had me in agony for more than a week. The doctor thought my swollen lymph node in my groin was a hernia. I even said I think it’s my gland because I have this rash (shingles) Stay away from this so called medical centre at all cost, even with insurance. The doctor's examination is thorough and easy to understand. The medical care is also good. There was good cooperation with clinics in the 2nd ward, and they quickly transferred me to a plastic surgery clinic that was not available in the 1st ward.

I called to ask for having a doctor checking up for my customer. The repceptionist who answered was very rude to hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation. I called again and ask for her name and she was not willing to give out her name. What a terrible manner for a clinic. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!!!!... (Show more)

Very professional service - made me feel very comfortable. Went to get a lump checked out, an hour later they had removed an abscess and given me a course of antibiotics. Would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience here with Dr. Shadwell-Li. I received better medical care than I can get in Europe. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and thanks to Dr. Shadwell-Li’s comprehensive approach, I felt good as new in two days. It wasn’t cheap by Vietnam standards but health is priceless. my daughter got high fever and alot of red dots. we brang her to FMP for emergency. She was very tired. 2 nurses didnt have skill to take vens and dont know how to do treatment. Yesterday morning, I visited the vaccination clinic for my little one. The friendly receptionist welcomed both mother and child. In the vaccination warehouse, the baby experienced the waiting time with age-appropriate toys. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Family Medical Practice in District 1, and I must say that it was a fantastic experience overall. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

PCR test for returning home. I went on a Saturday without a reservation. You can receive it in writing and by email. The staff and doctor were so kind! thank you very much.

I met with Dr Shadwell-Li for internal medicine. She was very thorough, very clear, and talked me through the entire process. I left feeling well-informed. The price was reasonable and far, far more affordable than in my home country. $67 consultation $62 chest and lung X-ray

Pharmacy is a total rip off! Prices for medicine are more than the Us and double the price of other international clinics.

We were on the last leg of our holidays when my son started feeling ill. We came just after 11pm on Fri night and the place was empty. The reception, nurse and doctor in charge were all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The place is SUPER clean and comfortable. We paid 128USD incl medication. Now that the coronavirus has passed, as of July 2022, there are no staff or doctors who can speak Korean. There is no advantage to Koreans going anymore. I went because I had a stomachache, and the price they showed me when I lay down was $102 (including an IV), but after taking one IV and one pill, the doctor's checkup fee was $100 extra. Medical reports are given in English, and there are no Korean doctors or nurses. And the final price is $200. It's too expensive, so next time if the condition is the same, I recommend Korean Hospital.... (Show more)
