The male doctor gave me the best consultation and help to ease my worries away of my long fever. He absolutely understand what his patient need and listened to everything. Thank you doc! Hope to see you again if I got sick.
Pleasant experience here. Dr Cheng was very attentive and friendly. The consultation and/or examination session was quick but very detailed. Got 2 days MC because Dr Cheng knows it is very unlikely for a person recover from fever & bad cough in only one day. hahaha
Dr Cheng Yee Gin is very responsible and trustworthy. Nurse&Receptionist is very friendly and the price is very reasonable!
Dr Cheng is certainly the most attentive doctor so far. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very precisely. Clinic is clean and comfort , the staff are friendly and price is also affordable. After all of that the price is very affordable. Satisfied!
This clinic sets the bar really high, they’re really different from other clinics I’ve been. The level of patience, experience & empathy of the doctor deserves more than 5 stars ✨ So grateful to have stumbled upon this cosy clinic in 2022 when I had skin allergy. Dr Cheng was very detailed and will not recommend unnecessary treatments. Even though I don’t stay nearby now, I’d still make a trip to visit her clinic when I caught a cold. I’m so thankful for Dr Cheng’s kindness. She truly cares for her patients, and that’s just something that’s irreplaceable. So i don’t mind the distance, just to get quality care from an experienced doctor. The environment of the clinic is clean and staffs are friendly too. Really highly recommended! This is my first time visiting this clinic, I would say Dr Cheng shared a very insightful case of the standard procedure of COVID testing to apply for medical leave and medical leave can be only taken max 2 calendar days which I never knew in the past. Thanks for the info!
My sister came here to check an infection that she had. The doctor did not check her thoroughly and sent her home with some cream after saying that it was just a surface-level infection. Although she was nice, she should have been more thorough and keep in mind to do so in the future. My sister has just been discharged from the hospital after having to undergo a minor surgery due to the infection.... (Show more)
10/10 have been recommending to my family and mum friends. Dr Cheng is a gem. She's patient and practical. Went to a lot of specialists who aren't as astute as her. No misdiagnosis. No gaslighting symptoms. No over-medicating. Very reasonably priced. Got follow up questions answered on WhatsApp. Very grateful for <$_1>... (Show more)

Unethical clinic that only wants money and run unnecessary tests, i had to suffer days of fever because the doctor told me i just need painkillers and after days I discover thag i have food poisoning. Didnt even try to diagnose right. Your stupid english accent will not make you sound professional i hope you suffer like i did.
10/10 would recommend. What I appreciated about Dr Cheng was that he was clear, concise, and decisive with his diagnosis. He listened to us explain symptoms and immediately suspected dengue; ran some tests, and when he called us back in, was straight to the point: it's bad, you need to go to the hospital, let me explain. Then proceeded to outline what the tests showed, emphasised how urgent + important it was to get to a hospital ASAP for admission. He gave us a referral letter (with test results) to make sure the hospital took us seriously. What was most unexpected: the clinic sent a follow-up whatsapp to check-in on us, to see if we had gone to the hospital. This revealed a level of attention and care I haven't seen anywhere else. Massive thanks to Dr Cheng for his quick decision-making and clarity in communication; without it, not sure I would've been able to take necessary next steps as quickly as I did.... (Show more)

Very unpleasant visit... the lady doctor who claimed to be the owner to this clinic has no compassion to her patients obviously as money making overtakes the core principle of medical care which every practising doctor sworn in as their priority before becoming a doctor. Very sad to see this scenario happening in my own country in a notably affluent residential area of Petaling Jaya. So sad...... I will never come back to this clinic.... (Show more)
The only clinic I trust! I am willing to drive for 1 hour just for this clinic. My family members and I had bad experiences with other doctors, we all had history of misdiagnosis by other doctors. But both Dr Chengs are very knowledgeable, they manage to diagnose our problems correctly. Prices are reasonable too!!!... (Show more)
I've visited this clinic for a couple of years now. Dr Cheng is always ready to listen and never dismissive of patient's concern. I went today to change the dressing from my leg surgery. The dressing was very neat. Done by Dr Cheng's husband who is also a doctor -- my first time meeting him and I apologize for forgetting to ask his name. Another reviewer said wound dressing change market price is rm25 which is admittedly less than half of what I was charged. But I am happy with the quality. Would be nice to know where I can go to for that price. But as prices go, this clinic is among the cheapest around PJ. Some clinics have charged me double with less medication for cough & flu.... A very clean and neat clinic. The lady doctor is very supportive, caring and gentle. Did my annual check-up here and the price is very reasonable.
It’s a clean clinic I’ll say that, but in terms of the price for changing a wound dressing we were overcharged - it was RM50 for an unprofessional dressing with gauze and a transparent tape. Market rate is approx RM25. I won’t go back but like I said it’s clean - medical experience wise it’s mediocre but can’t complain much.
This clinic clearly stands out from the rest. It is clean and bright. Waiting lounge looks contemporary and comfortable (with ambient music too). But these aren't just limited on the surface. Front desk/nurse was polite and friendly too. Most importantly, Dr Cheng is kind. Thank you Family Clinic 17.
The doctor is really cool and friendly. I’ve never felt this comfortable talking to a doc. I appreciate the doctors being honest and don’t recommend something that is OTT.
