Dr Greer Hanson
She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in internal medicine and cardiovascular surgery. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing from Boston College in 1994. Her nursing experience includes pediatric intensive care, adult critical care and cardiovascular surgery.She joined the Facial Rejuvenation FL team during the summer of 2011. In our office she performs various procedures including facial fillers, toxins, laser resurfacing, laser hair removal, and Ultherapy. She is proficient in advanced injection techniques such as use of the minimally invasive micro cannulas for facial fillers. She is a certified Artefill trainer for Suneva and a clinical team leader for Coolsculpting and Ultherapy.
Mrs Misty Sanders
She has lived most of her life in Vero Beach and has over 20 years experience as a Registered Nurse. She has exceptional healthcare experience and is known for her caring, professional manner with patients. Alongside her clinical experience, Misty also has a passion for skin care and in 2008 pursued her aesthetician license. Her soft, gentle approach and compassion for patients enables her to calm the most anxious patient.

I began seeing Doctor Pierone about three years ago for some facial volume loss . When I stepped into his office I was taken back by how friendly and professional all his staff was . When I met Dr. Pierone I really felt like he really listened to what I was saying . He answered all my questions, and was very thorough in his examination of my face . I began with temporary fillers Radiesse , Sculptra, and later Bellafill which is permanent . I really felt no pain , as a numbing creme was applied prior . Doctor Pierone uses a cannula to inject which caused no bruising at all. I was overwhelmed with the results my face was fuller , I looked younger, and I was happy . Dr Pierone is wonderfully skilled at knowing what will improve your appearance while making look natural. Always explains everything beforehand. Very gentle with injections so you barely feel it.
Dr. Pierone is the best. My experience could not have gone smoother. I flew into Orlando in the early afternoon, had the procedure and flew home that same night. Dr. Pierone makes you feel very comfortable and is so gentle. I love the results. Highly recommended!
