I've never had any cosmetic surgery done so I was extremely scared and Dr. Zachary kept me at bay with every turn even when I was freaking out. She is incredibly emotionally flexible and her work is even better! She may have a virtual consultation but that'd just to give her an idea of what you want. You still get too meet with her in person so you can give her your details of how specific you want to look! I look amazing and I've never been more confident in my life! My entire life, I had considered getting a rhinoplasty but was nervous since if it didn't go well, there would be no way to hide it, and it would cost more to get fixed. So, when I was finally ready to get the surgery done, I extensively researched top-rated female facial plastic surgeons in Canada. When I came across Dr. Z, her informative site and news media, I was confident I had found my potential surgeon. When I had my virtual consultation with her, her kindness, compassion, expertise, and professionalism confirmed that she was the person I could trust to accomplish my lifelong dream. From the very beginning, Dr. Z and her staff have answered all of my questions with complete honesty and transparency, made me feel like I was their favourite patient, and eased my mind about the process, procedure, and expenses. As I am from out of province, I had to pay for my flights and stay, but it was 100% worth it. Even when my flight was SIGNIFICANTLY delayed, Dr. Z and her staff graciously adjusted her busy schedule to accommodate me and happily greeted me when I finally made it to my follow-up appointment. I had facial scar revision surgery and IPL treatments with Dr. Zakhary and her team. I had a fantastic overall experience with Dr. Zakhary, from the consult to my last follow-up. She is a highly skilled surgeon and did an excellent job of explaining the procedure as well as educating me on what to expect during healing. The numbing injections were quite painful for me but they worked very well, I felt nothing during the surgery. Dr. Zakhary and her staff also gave me great advice regarding aftercare instructions and products to care for the incision. I got a rhinoplasty with Dr.Zakhary and from start to finish my experience has been fantastic. She and her team explained and went over everything in detail multiple times which made me feel much more comfortable. She explained she does natural results and showed me pictures of similar noses to mine and the results, enough that i was confident in my decision. I am a patient of Dr. Zakhary since 2015. I've had various treatments and a rhinoplasty. I waited for a full year for the nose to heal completely before I leave a review. I am extremely happy with my new nose. It is better than I imagined it will be, it suits my face perfectly, and the whole process was very easy and care-free. Dr. Zakhary strives for natural results and not to completely change your face. She explains thoroughly everything she does, including the most common procedures and she puts her patients at ease. She also does not force procedures on you. I have asked numerous times if I need certain procedures and many times she has refused to do them as she deemed them unnecessary. I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Zakhary a couple weeks ago and I am beyond happy with the entire experience. Firstly, Dr. Zakhary is the most thorough and kind doctor I have ever been treated by. The virtual consultation was very thorough, she explained everything to me and showed me countless before and after photos from other patients. I felt 100% confident that she was the correct surgeon for me. She made me feel at ease and explained the whole process to a tee. The day before the surgery, I went in to get photos taken and meet her in person, and we went over the surgery again. She was again, very thorough and made me feel so comfortable. The surgery went off without a hitch! There was very little pain and Dr Zakhary was amazing! She was so kind to me and my boyfriend. She even took my boyfriend into the recovery room to see me even though he wasn’t supposed to go into the back (lol), just shows how much she cares!! After one week we had a virtual check up which was super easy and quick. She made sure I was doing well and answered any questions I had. 2 weeks after the surgery, I went back to her office to have the cast removed and WOW! The results were everything I imagined and more. My nose is exactly what I pictured and I am SOO happy with the result. It’s perfect to me! She showed me how to massage and tape my nose in order to get the best final result. The absolute cherry on top, which to me shows how amazing of a person and doctor Dr. Zakhary is, is that exactly 2 weeks after the surgery, my dog bumped me on my nose quite hard. I immediately called her office and they said they would get her to call me. Within 2 minutes she facetimed me and she was literally on an AIRPLANE! She called me from the airplane to make sure I was okay! If that doesn’t show you how amazing this woman is I don’t know what will! Dr. Zakhary did my rhinoplasty surgery a few weeks ago and within two weeks after my surgery my nose was socially presentable and it was hard to tell I even had surgery. She did exactly what I wanted and I appreciated how easy it was to setup the surgery. The virtual consultation was very accommodating to me since I was in another province when I wanted to book my surgery. The consultation was like any other doctor visit I had done but from the convenience of my own home. Dr. Zakhary was able to assess what I wanted done on my nose and followed up with me in person before my procedure. I also would like to note that Dr. Zakhary lays out the pre and post operation instructions nicely, making them easy to follow and not at all daunting. I went in for a consultation with Dr. Zakhary for a rhinoplasty and septoplasty. Him and his staff are very nice and professional. Dr. Zakhary answered all my questions and concerns I had about the procedure. I am a male of south american descent and I wanted a nose that went well with my other features and doesn't look over-done.
