A big thank you to the Team over at Soak - I mixed up my appointment date with a friend and they were nothing but accomodating to get us both in right away. While it wasn't the service I had originally planned for the express manicure was incredible and the added touch of a glass of bubbly went down a treat. Absolutely loved my first visit here! My nail tech did wonders on my short, bitten nails and I'm pleased to say it's been a week since I've bitten them! Warm reception, great drink choices. Deluxe mani is great. Wish they had more slots open for walk ins.

I love this place so much. The quality of the work they do paired with the quality of the products they use mean your nails look amazing for weeks, until they grow out really. I swear they get better looking over time. You might balk at the price a little, but if you're the kind of person who enjoys little moments of noticing that your nails look great, you'll get so many of those happy moments from this place. I took my mum here based on a recommendation from a colleague at work and I really enjoyed it. The service from both the ladies doing our manicures and the bar staff was impeccable. I spent 4 hours and a little over over $350.00 at Soak for a consultation, pedi with shellac and mani with builder in a bottle. I only had one tea. I don’t normally spend that much on my nails but it was for my wedding, my appointment was three days prior to my wedding. The one positive was that my nails looked beautiful …for a day. I had issues just two days after my appointment and my wedding day was three days after my appointment… the extensions on my nails were already lifting from the cuticle end so my hair would get caught when I washed it, this normally only happens to me when my nails are 3 weeks old. And the night before my wedding a nail fell off, I was adjusting my stretchy knit pants, nothing too impactful and it just popped off. It obviously wasn’t put on properly. I didn’t mind at the time but the employee doing my pedi took a personal call during my appointment and the employee during my mani was coughing the entire time as she just had the flu, 3 days before my wedding this made me extremely uncomfortable. Soak advertises a premium experience and that definitely wasn’t my experience, on the first day of my honeymoon I had to spend further time and money in the nail salon getting my nails taken off because one is missing and they’re all lifting. I couldn’t even keep my nails for a week. A lot of money spent on a very poor experience end to end.... (Show more)

Incredibly disappointing experience at Soak. Travelled with a friend to Melbourne for a deluxe pedicure, was charged $150 each (only had two drinks), didn’t receive the foot scrub advertised, was seated on a bench seat as opposed to a massage chair, had rushed and rude service, and was kicked off my seat before finishing my drink immediately after the pedicure. It did not at all feel like a “deluxe” experience. The room was also extremely loud with everyone talking. Will never be returning, much prefer my $50 pedi in my hometown where you actually feel like VIPs.... (Show more)

Not happy with my nails appointment and the result. Had an appointment 2 weeks ago and in the first week 2 nails chipped already, 1.5 weeks later the 3rd one. On top you can see so many cracks in the top layers of the other nails. Never had worse nails. The atmosphere in the salon otherwise was nice, but sorry do not recommend it... (Show more)

Kim is amazing ! She takes time and really cares about my nails, the atmosphere is also really nice very chilled and friendly! Everyone I spoke to was lovely, as soon as I walked in Brad (think that was his name ) was so lovely and attentive and also provided an amazing service !

Booked not knowing this place was a bar too 🤣 the service was outstanding from start to finish. Siri my manicurist was so sweet and did a GREAT job on my nails- express Mani with regular polish. Espresso Martini was the icing on a wonderful cake. Thank you!! …

Been going there for almost 2 years. Hands down one of the best here in Melbourne. Friendliness of staff, quality of services, sanitation, ambience, drinks SOAK got it all!

One of the best places for self care. Carly and her team are absolute professionals and pay attention to the minutest of details. Love the cocktails that Brad makes and always enjoy the atmosphere of the place, especially their Spotify playlists.
